The property was very well maintained and had almost all the amenities we booked for. We booked this home to sit around the pool, swim and soak in the sun. It is too bad the pool heater did not work the entire trip albeit we paid full price to do so. While the managers were attentive to our texts they were not interested in fixing the pool heat, instead telling me “it will warm up just give it another day…” and “the ambient outside temperature effects the rate of blah blah blah”. I own a pool and a heater, this one was BROKEn! Eventually I was informed I would be refunded (Friday) As far as the rest of the house it was excellent. If you are going to travel/stay here don’t order Door Dash etc. the trip through Championsgate to #4 highway will take you (or your food) entire afternoons and evenings. Instead….. land, get groceries, chill. Stay close to golf. Almost every outing is approximately a <1 Km per minute trip (if you are lucky.) I swear I coulda jogged places faster, the traffic along the i4 Championsgate corridor is beyond horrendous, Disney outta fix that with the proceeds from all of our Disney+ subscriptions. They owe it to the citizens of these neighbourhoods.
