The private home is in the Wellington sub-division in Southchase, Orlando, close to the intersection of SR417 (Greeneway) and Orange Blossom Trail. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand. This private home offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Guam & The Virgin Islands.

This private home is furnished with the highest quality furniture, and has full air-conditioning. It sleeps six people with 2 queen beds & two twin beds. We also allow an air mattress for guest #7, small child. There are two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully-fitted kitchen, patio, and private swimming pool. The pool can be heated upon request and for an extra cost per night. The home has a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Linens and towels are provided; and you don't even need to bring a hair dryer! And the swimming pool and patio area are fully screened to keep the bugs out.

Business trip

This was a great option for a week in town for work instead of a hotel. Comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet and close to plenty of stores and restaurants.

GREAT STAY

The home is very comfortable. It has a cottage feel. It was very clean. The pool (paid extra to heat) was great. There is a waterway behind the home so no neighbors in back. There is highway noise beyond the waterway but it wasn't unbearable due to a large block wall. Very private on both sides of the home. We have stayed in this home before and owners have done some upgrades.

Great location

The house and pool were perfect for our needs. We stayed here with our daughter and her family. They went to the parks and beach during the day and we all enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Communication with the host was excellent. House was clean and comfortable.

The Most Beautiful Vacation Home

I loved everything about the home. Very nice safe neighborhood. Parks are only 15 minutes away without traffic. I felt safe and secure. Great host !

Close to the parks. Beds too worn: slump. Very clean. Good appliances. Pool clean. Heater worked well. Deck sinking on east corner, cracking pool edge tile. Very poor repairs to tile but didn’t affect pool use. Would rent again.

Great Stay

Our stay here at this rental was amazing. Very clean and well equipped in every way. The pool was awesome! We enjoyed the wildlife that was near the property, especially in the little lake behind the house. We liked to watch the otters play, fish jump and occasionally a gator head pop up.

Quiet Neighborhood with great back yard

The property was clean and bright. Nice size for 6 people. Though we didn't get in the pool in the back yard, we sat around it a couple times when we had down time. Loved that we were in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again

Orlando Trip from May 13th to the 19th

This property was very clean. The pool was very refreshing since it was 96 degrees each day. When we arrived, the main TV was not working so we called, and they did come out and set it up the next day. Instructions on how to operate the TV would have been nice because we had to call them again to come out. The main issue is the mattresses. They are shot and all four of them need to be replaced otherwise it is a nice quant home. If the mattresses get replaced and the main TV has explicit instructions on how to operate, I was rate this place very good. Bil

Cozy, Clean and Comfortable!

Our family stayed here last week and it was clean and comfortable. Greatly appreciated that they provided enough of the basic necessities (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). We were on a late flight so didn't have a chance to go to the supermarket until the next day. House was very close to everything! We would stay here again.

Great pool!

Clearly the pool was my favorite part. Paid the extra to have it heated and it was warm and lovely. Even with chilly evening temps! Very reasonable added cost and well worth it. Location is very good, away from the crowds of International Drive and Disney parks areas but still a short drive to all. Groceries, shopping and restaurants are a 4 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. This property had everything we needed for a great week in the Orlando area. Communications with the owner (only to ask if we could extend our departure time, not because of any issues!) was prompt, arriving and check in was a breeze.
