Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. The house was clean overall but in need of some upgrades. Most of the beds were not very comfortable and some of the bedroom fans didn't work very good. There was a limit on how low your could set the thermostat (72 min) so it made the house feel stuffy and warm at times. Great location though.

Great value and location!

Perfect, affordable stay for two families to share near the parks. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby, avg 15 min drive to the parks each day and home had everything we needed to keep the adults, teens and kids happy throughout the stay!

Great Location to theme parks

The location in comparison to the theme parks we attended was great. Very close to any grocery store and restaurants. Overall the house was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Magical experience

We enjoyed two weeks at this beautiful home. We came to go to Disney and it was nice having a place close to the parks. Especially after a long day walking around. It was also nice having a pool in the back yard for the days we just wanted to stay in. It’s also close to all the gift shops. As I said in the title it was a magical experience.

The property was exactly like it was posted. There was no surprises to what to expect, because it was great. The property was clean and everyone enjoyed the stay. The kids loved being in the pool. The only thing different that I would do is get the heated pool. I would definitely try to rent this house again.

Perfect home!

My husband and I brought our two teenage grandsons on vacation to Orlando to experience Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. This house was perfect! Well taken care of, and very spacious. Walmart was five minutes away, so making stops for groceries was a breeze. Plenty of restaurants within ten minutes. We drove over to Cocoa beach two days from this home, just a little over an hour drive, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded. Nice pool and neighborhood.

Large, comfortable home near Disney

We really appreciated this large, well appointed home for our family vacation. Large beds were very comfortable with great sheets and pillows. Two master bedrooms with king beds and en suite baths that open to pool. Front bedroom has a double (queen?) with full bath next to it. Two middle bedrooms have twins or bunk beds and another full bath. Ceiling fans throughout. There are enough seats at the dining table and in the living room for all 7 of us to gather. The large kitchen had most everything we needed to prepare meals. Fridge cooled well but ice maker was off so there were two ice cube trays instead. There were plenty of towels in the four bathrooms and plenty of hot water for multiple showers in a row or at same time. Check-in was easy and host was responsive to questions. Really easy drive to the parks, very convenient to Walmart and restaurants. No fenced yard but neighborhood is great for dog walking. Pool was nice but hot tub was just warm (98 degrees) so I wouldn’t pay the up-charge just for that again. Would stay again at this house if we do another family Disney trip.

Our host was extremely friendly; he communicated from Europe responding to my questions and even phoned me direct to insure everything was okay before he would retire for the evening because of the time difference. Kitchen was excellent as well as the rest of the home. Grandkids loved the game room and pool.
