Welcome to Your Perfect Getaway in Reunion!

Experience the charm of our brand-new 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome, located just 14 minutes from Disney. This beautifully designed home accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for a magical vacation.

The primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin beds; these two rooms share a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, stove, and coffee maker. All bedrooms are fitted with smart TVs for your entertainment. The spacious lounge on the main floor provides a relaxing space to unwind, with stunning views of the patio and a serene conservation area—no rear neighbors for extra privacy.

As our guest, you’ll have access to seven gorgeous community pools, as well as the option to dine at Reunion’s on-site restaurants or enjoy a round of golf (additional fees apply).

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

Keith & Elaine UKWe have stayed in the Reunion area the last few years for our Vacation, this house is in a great position within Reunion, the house it self was really clean and well furnished.The management company Horizon who we booked with were really good and quick to respond to questions we had, would defiantly recommend this home.
