Our home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home situated in the heart of everything you need and want to do on vacation. It sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. All parks and attractions are 10/15 minutes away!!! Grocery stores, Walmart , and restaurants are all within 1.5-3 miles away.
FREE GRILL USE / NO POOL HEAT FEE

Relaxing home away from home

This property has plenty of room. Nice relaxing pool. Close to Disney. Nice area to get out and walk.

Great place to relax

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are fantastic to communicate with. Everything was as described. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and easy to get to. We definitely hope to stay again if we come back to the area.

Relaxing home

We had a very relaxing stay with our dog, the home was as pictured, clean and comfortable. This is a great location for the Disney parks. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked meals daily. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse area. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful 😊

Everything was perfect. Beds were comfy, pool for kids, extra fans in every room added bonus was a steamer for our clothes. We had a great time staying here.

Nice vacation

Very clean property! Loved the bed . Every time I vacation the bed is usually a problem but not this time. Bed was comfortable and I got amazing sleep after the park days. Very spacious will be staying again in the future.

The property was clean and very spacious. Everything was well kept and worked as it should. I think there was a tv in every room. We enjoyed the property while we were there and glad we made the choice to stay 404 Palm Key.

Cozy vacation

We had a great time in the rental, the kids love it. Made us feel at home. Check in and out process was simple. Had plenty of room. We were able to bring our pets and not leave them at home for no additional charge which was nice. It was convenient to the places we were going. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Large accommodation with + and -

Overall a very big accommodation at a good rate. Some downsides as well: it was difficult to communicate wth Vrbo and the owners. The swimming pool was NOT part of the accommodation, as we thought it was so. And most of all, it was closed due to the upcoming tropical storm Debbie. Our kids were dissapointed. The bed of the masteer bedroom was not having the best matras. But in the end the very big amount of space in the house was great and the house lies in a quiet neighbourhood of Davenport, which was very good for us

Overall the home worked well for our family and our week-long stay. It was clean and was in a good location for what we were doing for the week. However, more than 4 rolls of toilet paper would have been nice for the week, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent would have been nice to have and not have to go out and buy on our own. Also the tennis court/basketball court are pad-locked up - so our kids didn't get to play on them.

Beautiful home

Home was clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Lanai! It was the family hang out in the evenings. Close to attractions and shopping. Host was quick to respond and communication was great! Would definitely stay again!
