Completely remodeled 3 bedrooms 2 bedrooms apartment in a gorgeous vacation rental community with all the amenities included.
High quality porcelain tile on the floor and in both bathrooms, full painting , granite countertops, laundry, a lot of walking closet space,master bedroom with a king bed, guest bedroom # 1 with a queen bed, guest bedroom # 2 with two twin beds , plus an extendable sleeping full sofa in the living room, one big walking shower and a tub guest bathroom, plus a nice balcony to enjoy your morning coffee in a beautiful nature view.
The kitchen, laundry , bathrooms , bedrooms are fully equipped for a comfortable living in the apartment.
The apartment is on the second floor, open parking and in close proximity to the club house .
The club house has gym, sauna, pool table & living area , restrooms, pool & jacuzzi, bbq area, volleyball field, kids playground, tennis field, all guarded by a security guard.
The apartment has a TV in the living room and a smart TV in the bedroom. You can watch 6000+ TV channels from all around the world in the living , plus any apps on the Smart TV in the bedroom , like Netflix, HBO, etc. You have access to free WI-FI high speed internet.
All the parks are in a 10 minutes to 20 minutes away distance, close by Orange Convention Center, International Drive , The Premium Outlet, Millennia Mall, Florida Mall , dinning and nightlife entertainment. The property in the proximity of big highways for easy commute.

Perfect for Volleyball Tournament

Property owner was very responsive to any and all questions and concerns. Location was ideal for convention center but you definitely need to leave time to deal with traffic. We stayed for volleyball tournament and had a lot of early morning games.

Great location, great space

Our host was quick to respond to a request we had. The property was very spacious and worked well when our children came down for a visit. Concerns include the lack of a futon that was described in the listing, the notice by the toilets not to flush toilet paper, and a few general maintenance (minor) issues. Overall, I would recommend this property, it has a very nice pool and playground that are well maintained too!

Great experience, communication with the property manager was excellent. Clean and close to the pool. Great pool for the family. Property is close to entertainment, groceries/gas and the airport.

Overall, this place is wonderful. Location could not be better. It is close to all the things you wish to do, but not in the middle of all of it. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. If we return to Florida for another vacation, I would stay here again.

This property is a totally renovated condominium, very tastefully furnished. It is comfortably furnished and completely equipped to enjoy. The pool and recreation areas are well cared for and are located very near the home. Staying there was a great experience.

Perfect Property for Our Needs

Exceptional communication before and throughout our stay. Lots of space for our family of 4 (kids 15 and 12). Nice accommodations. We didnā€™t use the on-site pool or club house because we were on the go every day. However, it was nice to know we had the option! Great location to go to both Universal and Disney parks.

Close to Disney / Not Universal

Property is as shown and Razvan is kind and responsive. The traffic to I-4 North through Kissimmee (headed towards Universal) is thick. There are restaurants, gas, and Walgreens very nearby

This condo is absolutely breathtaking! The location was perfect.

This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 2 adults and an adolescent. The condo is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed and more, from kitchen supplies, to toiletries... Communication with the owners was seamless and fast. We were constantly in touch before our trip, during, and the day we left. Its also located in a great area walking distance to a great shopping centers, parks and restaurants ...where youre able to get to most places within 15 to 30 minutes. Great dining near by! We would absolutely stay here again!

More then we expected.

Owner/manager was accessible when neighboring property had a loud alarm going off. Went out of his way to fix the issue and make sure our stay was comfortable. Neighborhood is an easy drive, 15-20min from Disney. Mostly quiet neighbors when we were there. Well stocked with updated appliances and comfortable furniture. Parking was also convenient. WiFi with the extender on the network was pretty good even in the bedrooms.

Not completely satisfied

The condo was updated as mentioned in the other other reviews and clean. However there were things missing that Iā€™m accustomed to being there in my years of renting vacation condos. Kitchen towels, starter dish liquid, paper towels; none of these were provided. Also the cable tv did not work. For the 2 days that we were there, I spent an exorbitant amount of time calling the manager trying to get the television to work. Park of my familyā€™s tradition in Orlando is to come back at night and watch movies, which was impossible to do either day. I was given a small courtesy credit however it was disappointing not to be able to share that time with our adult children who donā€™t live with us any longer. Due to the foregoing, Iā€™m not completely satisfied. Was it an updated clean place to sleep, yesā€¦
