The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto the private patio, the gentle hum of the pool inviting you to dip in before the day’s adventures begin. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the warm Florida breeze, setting a relaxed rhythm for evenings spent gathering under soft pool lights. Inside, multiple living spaces let each member of your group find a comfortable nook while still feeling part of the whole.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers five spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to fifteen guests. A bedroom with an adjacent shared bathroom sits on the first floor for easy access, while the upper level provides additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a second living area that adds privacy for larger parties.



Living areas

The main family room features a flat‑screen TV and reclining couches, perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. A dedicated workspace in the common area offers a quiet spot for remote work or planning. The game room, equipped with a pool table, gives everyone a fun indoor option without leaving the house.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space invites group cooking and meal prep. Indoor and outdoor dining tables make it simple to share breakfasts, lunches, or dinner al fresco, while bathroom supplies, linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for longer stays.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
