Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.

Other Things to Note:
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
Additional Services (requires extra payment):
• Pool heat ($35 a day). Please send your pool request 3 days before your arrival. The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.
• Grill Rental: 3 Burner ($85/week), 4 Burner ($105/week). Please send your grill request 1 week before your arrival. Please note that the oil pan should be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.
Check in and check out
• We have a firm check-in time at 4PM. We cannot provide early check-in during this time due to the busy holiday season and pandemic. Our cleaning and maintenance team needs adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for your arrival. Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities.
• We have a firm check-out time at 10AM. We cannot provide late check-out. Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule and they need adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for the next guests arrival. If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, you will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure.
Amenities at the property
• Linens and bathroom towels (Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage).
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel (Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay. You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount).
In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.
