The neighbourhood in which the villa is situated is a mixture of some well kept villas and some not so good. This particular villa was nice and spacious Sun will be on the back yard all day. The covered part of the deck is spacious, with a table and six chairs. The pool area is a pleasant place to sit out at night with the deck lighting. The imitation grass is quite lumpy and uneven in places.Rooms are all a good size and the beds are comfortable. Air conditioning was adequate All Tvs have built in ROKU apps and the usual Netlfix, Prime and Disney plus can be accessed. There is no cable TV. WiFi signal was strong and of good quality.There was no guest book, nothing with information as to what was available locally. There does not appear to be a management company and no emergency contact details were available in the villa. Contact had to be made via VRPO messaging. when I informed about overhead lights falling into the pool. It took three days to have that issue sorted. There was no kettle, dish towels or hoover available.The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable and handy for 192
