The house was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was the only thing that needed some attention. It had a lot of algae growth on the walls and floor.

The house was perfect for our trip. Very clean and the setup is great. It is in a nice location and the subdivision pool area is perfect. If I had one critique and it is a small one, there are not enough kitchen towels. They are very limited everywhere - but enough for each room and that was fine. But in the kitchen, there is literally one dish towel and a sponge. That really is my only critique. But the house is good and I would highly recommend it.

The townhome was nice, however be sure to know the house comes with the absolute bare minimum. This was noted in the description, but was even more bare minimal than expected. Be prepared to have to buy all necessities, we had to even purchase more dish cloths as we were only provided one. It made our trip a bit more expensive as planned as those necessities (seasonings, washer pods, toilet paper, paper towels, etc) weren’t included. It was a nice stay, but wish more was included as it made our vacation feel like a lot more work. The main pool and bar was nice and pool bar prices were fair. Food was decent!

The home itself was clean and nicely set up, but several issues affected our stay.On Day 1, I asked about early check-in and was told I could check in at 12pm instead of 4pm for 90. I declined, which was fine, but then I was never sent the regular check-in information. I had to reach out after 4pm to request it. The host said it had been sent, but it was not received.When we arrived, the house was very hot—around 80 degrees—and the air conditioning was not working. The host was responsive, but we still had to spend the entire night in an uncomfortably hot house until a technician came the next morning.We were also told the clubhouse near the house was not open and that the resort pool was a 10-minute drive away. Later, we found out the clubhouse on the property was actually open, which was frustrating and not disclosed upfront.The location has a Walmart and a few nearby places, but most restaurants and attractions require longer drives with heavy traffic to Kissimmee or Orlando.Lastly, the house is stocked with bare minimum supplies. There were no full rolls of toilet paper in any bathroom and very limited paper towels, so plan to buy essentials immediately.

Wonderful! We only had one issue, which was immediately resolved by the host. Very nice unit, just as pictured. There was a little confusion about the renting of the grill - the grill is onsite, but it is locked. the 50 "cleaning" fee is required for someone to come and connect the gas and unlock the grill, even though the instructions seem to indicate that the cleaning fee is optional.
