We stayed here recently and wanted to share a balanced review.There were definitely positives. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. The beds, sheets, and pillows were clean and very comfortable, and all bathrooms were clean as well. We also did not notice any bugs during our stay. The location was great, about 15 minutes from most attractions. The pool was clean and usable right away. Resort amenities were a nice bonus, with good food and drinks, though a bit pricey. Communication with the management company was excellent, and we were very grateful they accommodated us last minute after another rental canceled.That said, there were several issues. Much of the furniture is worn, damaged, or feels cheap. The game room was disappointing, as the pool table and air hockey table were in poor condition despite looking great in the photos. The house had an odor upon arrival and some areas, like the floors and walls, could have been cleaned better. The upstairs couch and barstools were broken or unsafe to sit on, and some outdoor furniture was also damaged.Another major issue was the very low water pressure due to the fixtures. While we understand the intent to save water, it made showers take two to three times longer, which was frustrating, especially with kids.Overall, there are some strong positives, but the condition of the furniture, cleanliness in certain areas, and water pressure took away from the experience.Photo are deceiving in the listing
