This property is a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bath professionally decorated and custom furnished condominium is located in Orlando's newest resort community of Vista Cay situated right next to the Orange County Convention Center.

This beautiful 1,447 square foot home boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, a 26" LCD HDTV, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 26" LCD HDTV, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a 32" flat screen TV, all to sleep a total of 6 guests.

The comfortable living area has a spacious elegant suite, full entertainment center complete with a large 46" LCD HDTV. This condominium also has high speed (100Mbps) wireless internet access for all your business and personal needs. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself 'why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous designer furnishings and all it's comforts of home is available'?

Also includes washing and drying units, making it easier to have those 'little one's' ready in time. Why pack a big suitcase when you can wash their favorite sports jersey or best-loved dress!

We were in town for a convention and this location was perfect. A 5 min drive to OCCC and right off International Highway. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Only negative is that we didn't stay longer.

Orlando stay

The property at Vista Cay was exactly what we were looking for. The property owner was easy to work with and was sensitive to our needs. Would highly recommend this location for your next stay! Excellent stay at Vista Cay at Orlando

The unit was clean and very spacious for 5 of us. It was comfortable to sleep at night. Most of the day we were at the Disney parks but the nights were relaxing in the unit. There was a good selection of TV sports channels to watch as well. The location of the complex was the best with DD, Publix and other big retailers within walking distance.

Great for Orland Convention Center

Very convenient to Convention Center and Publix grocery store. Clean and comfortable. One of the closets were so big you could have had a 4th bedroom for kids.

Great Unit & Location!

Our family was in town for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. The unit is within minutes from OCCC (driving distance). From the time of booking this unit, to check-in and the entire stay...everything was perfect. The unit was immaculate at our time of arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay peaceful and enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool on this side of Vista Cay and having Publix so close by as well. The main pool was only a few minutes away to walk to, we had other team families that stayed over by the main pool, so it was a beautiful, quick & easy walk for everyone to meet up. The host, James, was very responsive & quick anytime I had any questions. Beds were comfortable, unit was cozy & quiet and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great Property!

We stayed here during an event at the OCCC. The location was perfect, easy access to all the places we needed to be. The property was clean, safe, and welcoming. The owner was very communicative and answered questions prior to our stay. Had all the basics we needed; a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathrooms would have been a real plus but that was not a deal breaker - we would stay here again!

Summer Getaway

Best kept secret in Orlando, great location to Disney and to the outlet malls and restuarant. The owner Jim is great if you have a problem he will call you right back and he will give you suggestions for things to do in Orlando and good places to eat. This is my eight straight year of renting from Jims condo. Theres three pools to choice from and the diner and pizza shop next door is excellent for a quick bite to eat.

Great condo

The condo was clean and close to universal and discovery cove. It was nicely stocked for starting out. The only issue I had was the pans. They were old and food stuck even with oil. Some upgraded non stick pans would be nice for next time. The beds were nice but the mattress was a little firmer than I’m used to. Loved the condo and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great condo!

This property was great for our family trip to Orlando for a swim meet. The condo was clean with nice furnishings. Jim was quick to respond to a few questions that I had before and during our stay. The kitchen had all the basic appliances and an ample supply of pots/pans, etc. The bathrooms were a good size as were the bedrooms. It was also nice that there were extra beach towels provided for our use. We brought some with us, but the extras in the condo came in handy. We did not use the main pool by the clubhouse but the pool nearest our condo location was great! Because of size of the resort, and multiple condo buildings on the property, I was initially worried that it could be noisy at night, but we did not experience any problems with excessive noise. Overall this was a great rental. I would stay here again in the future.

Golf trip

Golf trip with three guys! Preferred having our own rooms and this property was perfect. There was good space to spread out and the layout was fantastic. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room and the kitchen had more than enough. Within a short walking distance is a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly, and I mean highly recommend the Venezuelan restaurant that is in the business park adjacent to these condos. The food there is incredible and I do not consider myself a foodie. You are about 1.5 MI away from International Boulevard which is where you will find every restaurant and shop. My group did not go to Universal but it was very apparent that this would be ideal even if you wanted to walk to universal. I did shoot a hole in one on the second hole that we played. I am nearly positive that my luck was attributed to this location :) ok maybe not but the lodging was great. Thanks
