This waterfront complex is privately owned and gated. Friendly staff, 24 hour security, concierges services, and wonderful resort amenities to entertain kids or help the adults relax after a long day are all yours to enjoy. Unlike many of our competitors, there are no surprise fees. Even parking is free in our deeded parking space!

It feels amazing to be here! Wake up after a great nights sleep on our luxury king size bed feeling ready for the day. Maybe you will head to our private balcony and enjoy the warm morning sunlight as it rises over the lake while sipping a hot cup of coffee.

Kids love our built-in bunk beds and our super easy up and down couch beds too! No messing with spring loaded folding sofa"bed" disasters that take 10 minutes to set up or take down.

Continue the day at the hot tub, heated pools, arcade, gym, or even Tiki Bar (we won't judge). Starbucks is on the lower floor if you like and walkable restaurants too.

Our outstanding location central to all parks saves you even more time than you would think. Traffic in Kissimmee/Orlando is...not the best. So being so close to everything can make a real difference!
