Situated close to Davenport in the tranquil gated community of Terrace Ridge and set amidst the beautiful Florida countryside, it is just minutes away from all major Orlando area attractions, theme parks, championship golf courses and amazing shopping. Also, our rates are all inclusive of utilities, pool heat, and use of all the community amenities.

Our condo is a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom unit. The unit has been completely renovated (Nov 2016). What you can expect at our unit:

• Well Equipped Kitchen with Brand New Utensils and Appliances
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• 3 Brand new TV's. Living room 55 inch TV and 2, 43 inch TV'S in the bedrooms, DVD players
• Brand New Dining room with family table, seating 6
• Complimentary High speed wi-fi internet access
• Master Suite with king-size bed, and Brand New Sealy Mattress walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower and dual sinks
• Guest Bedroom comes with Brand New Beds and Mattresses
• Family Bathroom with oval tub, over-head shower & dual sinks
• Enjoy the afternoon sunshine on our balcony and new patio furniture
• All linens and towels are provided including extra pillows for the bedrooms and separate towels for use at the pool at Terrace Ridge.

At the 4,000 square foot clubhouse at Terrace Ridge, you can choose to bask in the Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool or relax under a shaded lanai in the bubbling spa pool. The kids can enjoy themselves on the interactive water park on-site, or in the games room at the clubhouse, or, if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fully equipped fitness center or on the sand volleyball court. If that’s too much work – then why not relax in the lounge, and meet other guests?

Location and property were perfect for our quick trip to Disney. Less than 30 min to the parks. Area very safe with lots of options for meals and grocery. Property was clean. Guests should note to bring extra towels for the pool.

Short trip to Disney

We met family for a weekend in Disney and this place was perfect ! Affordable… close to everything and big enough for us all . We were 9 miles from Disney and many restaurants and close to grocery and gas stations. Check in was easy and the place was very quiet and clean ! I will stay again !

I loved every bit of our stay. The hot tub and pool were great. The bed was cozy, all my kids slept great. It was only about 30 mins from universal studios. Super clean and pretty.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed everything about our location. The condo was clean and neat, quiet neighborhood, balcony faces the pool so had a nice view. My husband has a bad back so the elevator to the second floor really helped! Will stay here again if available next year! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing property at a great proce

Cozy spot with a view of the pool and everything you need for a stay of 1 week was provided! Close to Publix and a mile from I-4. Funny I actually used to live a minute from this place so I knew the area and couldn’t have been happier about all the convenient places near us. Gas stations stores scenery Disney shopping nightlife and more. Would love another stay when I return to Orlando next year!

Overall, place was well appointed with dishes and cooking utensils, washer/dryer, tv’s ect. Against the traffic when travelling to Disney which was great as all other routes were backed up. Good size condo. Complex was nice with amenities such as pool, work out centre and hot tub although we did not have time to enjoy them. Mark was very responsive. I would book again.

Great condo

We were traveling with pets and this unit fit the bill. We were close enough to Disney (though traffic was bad at times) to enjoy the day. The cable should be checked in the main living space, but the tv in the main bedroom worked great with our streaming service. We would return!

Great escape!

My 17yo daughter and I came down to watch my son and his soccer team in the national championship. Your place was perfect. The central location allowed us to make the most of our week with shopping, a trip to the gulf, an evening at Disney Springs and a day at the pool. We felt comfortable and safe in the quiet gated community. The kitchen was equipped enough for a few meals which we prepared while we were there. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Was nice clean place to stay. The pool and whirlpool were outstanding. Condo needs updates and basic maintenance. Washer and dryer worked but need repairs. The exercise room was fair. Very nice people at the other condos.

I would definitely recommend this spacious spot to anyone there is much more to see inside then expected and what’s shown on pictures parking is not a struggle and grocery stores banks etc essentials are 4 mins away super convenient and very thoughtful of the host to decorate this place to suit your needs and get a good night sleep. Bedding it still had that laundry smell that is satisfying after a long day is peaceful and quiet I wouldn’t think about it twice to get it and very budget satisfied talk about good rates I enjoyed this most the porch with a view to the pool the double shower's in the master bedroom.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and also very clean. Communicating with the host was easy. We had an issue with the AC going out but the property manager responded immediately and the issue was fixed first thing the next morning. The only issue we had was with bed in the main bedroom, it felt as though it may be broken as it seemed sunken in the middle. It did not make for the most restful sleep. If this could be addressed id give it 10/10. I would stay again.

Great Condo, Great Location!

We loved the condo and its location. Upon arrival it was very easy to check in. We loved that the kitchen appliances are pretty updated. Everything we would need to be able to cook was available. We had great memories at the location with our family. Lots of storage spaces, smart tv in every room was a plus, the trash gets picked up every morning, the ventilators gave a nice breeze, the bed sheets are soft, there were enough blankets and pillows, there is a nice sized mirror in the bedroom for your outfit checks. The beds in both rooms are so so, but not the worst. We would have loved it more if it had a box spring. We had great communication with Mark and the property manager, there were quick responses to our inquiries. I would definetely stay again. Keep it up, Mark and thanks again!

Nice place in good location.

This is a nice place. The floor now has laminate instead of carpeting. For most people that is a plus. But for us, it made it a little hard for our elderly doggie to walk around without slipping. If your dog is not ambulation hindered, it's perfect. No steps. Elevator worked fine. Trash is picked up everyday which is great. Plenty of needed supplies stocked with enough to last until a grocery store trip can be made. Publix is very close as well as some great restaurants. We really liked Ford's Garage! It's a safe place. Nice sand vollleyball court and pool right outside of this condo. Operation of the living room TV requires someone techno savvy. We used ROKU. We'd stay there again if in the area.
