I will come back here in the future. The hotel was so clean and the staff was really friendly. The size of the room was perfect for my family. It's also great that parking was free. We chose The Family Room and it's huge. My kiddo ansolutely loved the bunkbeds and the niche and USB/C charger cord plugs installed in it was genius. The bathroom is a very nice size, shower is very roomy, and the pool was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was genuinely welcoming with their professionalism and warmth. Check-in was quick and easy, and every interaction throughout our stay reflected a high level of care. The property was clean and well maintained . It is clear the staff takes pride in creating a great guest experience. The location is also great if you are planning on visiting Aquatica, SeaWorld or Discovery Cove. All were located within a short 5 minute drive down the street! I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay with VIP perks that made a difference! I was able to get a late checkout until 1pm, which was super convenient. They also gave a cute goodie bag with boxed water and trail mix—such a nice touch. Iliana provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was stylish and cozy, and I especially loved how spacious the shower was. Would definitely stay here again!
