The Adventure Villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. We are using it regularly, we take good care of it, for you and us to really enjoy.

We decorated the Adventure around the World Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one.

Of course, you will find flat screen UHD 4kK and HD TV’s, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

The villa offers a South facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture.

If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 7 guests, stop looking, you just found it !!

Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together.

There are 3 bedrooms; the pirate and princess room will accommodate 3 young adventurers, the Harry Potter room is equipped with a queen size bed and finally the jungle bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, with one ensuite to the jungle room.

The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.

Our garage has been converted to a game room with a 7 foot pool table, air hockey and foostable in a nice Cars theme decor! You will enjoy!!!

Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Indian Ridge Oaks , which has its own children’s playground, community swimming pool and tennis court.

We are located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate. We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club.

Family Fun!

We had a wonderful stay! The kids LOVED the bunk beds, garage game room, and the pool! We also loved the location and the awesome Pit Boss grill!

Wonderful stay at the villa

Loved everything about the Villa. Nice area, close to stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes or so to all things Disney. Pool was wonderful. I am so glad it was suggested to pay to heat the pool- it was nice and comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting Orlando.

Great place to stay!

The villa was amazing for our family of four! It’s centrally located to all the Disney/ Orlando fun! We were able to unwind after long days at the parks, grill, swim in the pool and play in the game room! The bedrooms were decorated cute and the kiddos loved the themes! Highly recommend!

Family stay in Kissimmee

Great place for a family to stay for a Florida/Disney vacation. Right off the toll road so be sure to get a sunpass for your trip because you will be taking the toll road a lot! House has a nice set up and great for kids of all ages.

Excellent stay

This home was clean and spacious. Lots of little details that made our stay more enjoyable from kids toys to provided shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and stain remover. My kids loved the pool and the game room. We had an issue with smoke detector needing to be changed out and they were very responsive and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Disney Get-away

Overall a wonderful place to stay and recharge after the long days at Disney. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained with the game room, pool and even a park down the street. Very thankful for this property as it provided the ideal space for our family with 4 kiddos.

Fantastic Family Getaway

We are so pleased with our vacation and everything that this home offered! It is clear that the owners have considered every angle of what guests might need and thoughtfully provided them. Our children ages 15, 11, and 8 would’ve lived in the pool if we let them! When they weren’t in there, they were having competitions in air hockey and pool! The home was comfortable, clean and a perfect distance to anything you’d need, including all of the Disney Parks! We’ll definitely be back again!

Christmas in Orlando

The property was exactly as shown on the listing. We chose it for the comfort of a home away from home for Christmas. The pool and the game room were great for the days in-between parks and other activities. Choose to grocery stores and other stores. Perfect home for our family vacation

The house was clean and the perfect home for our 5 night stay. Close to so many things including Disney. The garage game room was a huge hit with our family and gave us many options at night, when we just wanted to relax and have fun. The pool was great as well. Check in and out was super easy and we were very happy with every thing. We would definitely book again!!

Nice place

We booked this house for our annual trip to the Cheer Summit in Disney. Location was nice (off the main strip) but close enough to stores for necessities. Mattresses were a little hard (one guest bought a mattress pad to sleep on while there). Pool was great! Overall a great trip!

Family Vacation to Sea World

Adventure villa is a very nice place to stay fot a family. There were available activities to keep our teen age and 8 years old grandson entertain. While providing a relaxing atmosphere for us as well. Would highly commend this property for ur trip to the Orlando area. Adian and Lucy will go out of their way to ensure u had a great stay

Perfect for a Family Trip!

We LOVED our stay here! Our group included me and my husband, our three year old daughter, and my mom, and the space worked perfectly. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to the Disney parks we visited. The house was very family friendly and spacious. The little Disney touches were great, too!

Great vacation!

This was our second stay at The Adventure Villa, and it was wonderful! Neighbourhood is very quiet, and close to stores, restaurants and Disney. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. Pool is great and very well maintained. We enjoyed the air hockey, foosball and pool table in the garage. The hosts are fantastic! Very responsive, and Lucie checked in the day we arrived to make sure we arrived safely, and everything was ok. We will definitely be back!

Disney Theme House

House decor was professionally done with Disney theme in every room. Location was great, close to countless restaurants and Disney. Worth it to pay for heated pool, especially given a cool week in December. Owners were very responsive.

Great Disney Spot

Our family of 4 stayed for our Disney/Universal trip. The house was just as listed and had everything you could need. Everything was so clean. My girls loved the themed rooms and of course the pool in the evenings when we returned from the theme parks. The house was just a quick 15 minute drive to Disney and has grocery stores conveniently located for shopping. Thank you for an amazing stay.

A Fantastic 5 ***** Stay

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying in this amazing house. Contact with the hosts was easy and nothing was too much trouble. Each room was beautifully themed. It was extremely clean and filled with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was perfect and heated to a lovely warm temperature. We were only a short drive away from the shops, restaurants and attractions. We were so pleased we'd chosen to stay here and would definitely stay again!

Weeks stay at Adventure Villa

The villa was as described and in a great location. The pool was south facing and was a lovely size. The outside seating area had a ceiling fan which was very welcome when eating outside. The villa was the best equipped one that we have stayed in and included things like dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, new cleaning sponge, shower gel, shampoo and loads of towels. It made the stay very welcoming. The games room in the garage was fantastic too. Lucie and Alain were lovely hosts who kept in contact with us throughout the booking process and during the holiday. We would definitely recommend The Adventure Villa and would book again.

Nice house close to all the parks

All in all the house was nice, clean, easy to get to. Our son loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We were a little bummed that the furniture in the house didn’t match the pictures and it wasn’t very comfortable. We especially picked this house for the comfy looking couches because of everything we had planned, it is always nice to come back and relax on the couch. However these couches had bars in them so you couldn’t

Nothing but amazing property

I booked a one-week stay for 8 people in my group and we had a fantastic time. The location was convenient for many locations such as gas stations, Walmart Super Store, restaurants, bakeries, Magic Kingdom Park, etc. The house was just as we expected and much more. Extremely comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. We had everything but the most amazing and enjoyable space is the pool area along with their bed mattress. The mattress was amazing! The kids enjoyed every space of this house and the grown-ups also liked the fact that we were able to enjoy cooking, we used the grill, and enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation an amazing memorable time in Florida. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be booking another stayed at this house.
