    Welcome to our lovely Condo in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (01/01/2025) Super stylish, Clean but Still very Cosy and Warm, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 12 comfortably. 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed by UNA Design, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



    The Space:

    The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen with very nice wine cellar, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 12 while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal.

    BED & BATH There are 4 bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, ceiling fans. You will find the principal Master Ensuite King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens with suite with electronic blinds and private Office with plenty of desk spaces to work remotely, Also a 2nd bedroom with a King Bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 Double Size bed, 4th Bonus Room with 2 Queen Size bed and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away.



    The Neighborhood:

    Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and the new universal Studios Theme Park EPIC UNIVERSE, only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

The property was beautifully renovated. The complex had great amenities and a perfect location. Conveniently located near Universal Epic Universe, the Orange County Convention Center and Pointe Orlando, this property has it all.

An Epic find

Really enjoyed this condo. Loved the upgrades and the location. It’s close to so many shops and across the street from EPIC universe/Universal. We didn’t hear any neighbor noises and enjoyed the quiet. This doesn’t bother me, as I’m not one who needs a lot of communication after check in, BUT if you are one who likes a property manager to be accessible, this isn’t the one. It’s all business and after check in, you’re not going to get any questions answered. (At least we never did) I wouldn’t take points off of the place over it, as I don’t take it personally, but just thought I’d note that for future renters. Overall, I’d highly recommend this rental. There’s plenty of room for everyone and the space is really cozy and so much better than the tourist trap hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place - very spacious, modern, great complex. Place was extremely clean, great location, community pool was great, and Walgreens and restaurants all in walking proximity. Only negatives: there wasn’t enough toilet paper left not trash bags (2 total trash bags were left). Hosts should provide more than just one of each and a spare. Apart from that, highly recommend!!

Great overall experience! The house is close to Universal Parks, next door to Epic Universe. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Plenty of room for 7 of us with a great kitchen and amazing master bath. Corner unit. Lots of fun. Loved it!
