- The most important rule: Relax and enjoy yourselves. :)
- Place all trash and trash bags in trash containers out front near the garage.
- We know you`re on vacation, but we would appreciate that you place dishes in dishwasher and run the dishwasher before you check out.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open (Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you in your sleep. ;)
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and potential visitors who are allergic to certain animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong.
- Remove all personal belongings, and any leftovers from the kitchen at check-out.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV`s, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community. This included Polaris Sling Shot vehicles and ATV`s.

Pool rules and disclaimer:
- Owners and property management are not responsible for accidents or injury
- All persons using pool swim at their own risk
- No running or fowl play
- No diving
- No glass or food in or near the pool. Please use plastic
- No specific pool temperature is guaranteed
- Children should always be supervised around pool area
- Please do not touch pool filter, settings and equipment
- Pool is serviced once a week, please don`t be alarmed if you see someone on the patio servicing the pool.
- To ensure pool cleanliness, please shower before entering the pool.

COMMUNITY RULES:
Championsgate Resort employs a team of safety professionals to help maintain a positive vacation experience for all guests. The patrol monitors noise complaints, parties, improperly parked vehicles, and suspicious activity. Roving Patrol 7pm-3am

Parking Enforcement:
- Do not park on or block any driveways
- Street parking is allowed in front of your rental home. Do not park on the grass. Please Note: repair costs for damaged sprinklers will be passed on to the guest.
- Avoid blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs and fire hydrants.
- No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV`s, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community.
- Polaris SlingShot vehicles are not permitted in this community. You will not be able to access the property in a Slingshot or similar style of three wheeled vehicle, ATV, etc.

WIFI/CABLE/INTERNET:
We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since we have no control over this.
*If you are experiencing an issue, unplug the internet modem and router for one minute. Then, plug them back in.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
- Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and food/shopping delivery services will deliver directly to the door.
- USPS packages will not be delivered, because there is no mailbox to receive standard mail.
