Enjoy your stay at this beautiful townhome close to Disney located in champions gate! There are plenty of stores and restaurants close very close by! There is a luxury community pool with a splash pad, a gym, an arcade room, a grill and bar located at the pool! The rental has scooters for you to enjoy (the host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents) I'm pretty easy to work with! Please Just take care of the place like it's your own!

There are electric scooters available for your use. The host is not responsible for any injuries! When you’re finished, please just make sure you plug them in for the next guest thank you!
There is no smoking inside the rental, but feel free to use the back patio if you would like to smoke!
Enjoy the rental, but please be respectful and treat it like it’s your own! I worked so hard for this and want other to enjoy it as much as I do! :)
