Was very disappointed that they advertise 1 king bed in master, 2 beds in 2nd room and a pull out sofa, however give you no sheets or blankets for pull out sofa. Asked the host and they said we need to bring stuff.

We had an amazing stay at the Toy Story Resort Condo and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The décor was fun without being over the top, and the west-facing balcony was a great spot to relax at the end of the day.The community itself is quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated after busy park days. The waterpark and amenities were a huge bonus and added a lot of value to our stay.Location-wise, it was perfect — about 20 minutes from Universal Studios, with easy access to everything we needed while still being tucked away in a calm area.The management was extremely communicative and responsive, from booking through checkout, which made the entire stay stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and any questions were answered quickly.For the cleanliness, comfort, location, amenities, and overall experience, the pricing was very reasonable and an excellent value compared to similar properties.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area!

Great interaction with the host. Quickly responded to our concerns when we needed something. Condo was clean and provided the appropriate starter items. Shopping was very close to get what we needed. Just needed a few other kitchen utensils for cooking but made work what was provided. Otherwise was perfect for our 4 night stay.

The host was very welcoming, and the condo was well furnished furniture wise. Bed in master suite was extremely comfortable. We cooked in all the time, only ate out once. We had planned on that. There were a lot of things I could’ve used in the kitchen.They did bring everything I asked for. The condo would sleep eight but in no way was it furnished enough to handle eight people….in the kitchen or bathrooms. Had the potential to be an extremely wonderful condo, but it just needs a little TLC and attention to details.
