Look no further, vacation with ease, we have taken care of your needs. Relax after a day at the parks. Our floorplan has beautiful views of the peaceful pool and nature preserve beyond.

We make it easy so you can enjoy your vacation! You will find all the needed amenities at your fingertips to make your vacation a breeze. While you are settling in, the kids will be entertained for hours with toys and burning energy in the pool. Catch a sunset in the quiet backyard. Enjoy a round of golf for yourself before you head to the parks with the kids.

After you've spent some time at Florida's most loved attractions, your group will love an evening swim in the pool and hot tub while dinner cooks on the grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to serve up a full meal. After dinner, there are toys for all ages! Plan for a family game night or catch up around the table while doing a puzzle. Or snuggle in for a movie night. Need some time to yourself, the floorplan allows for great family get-togethers and some time to chill alone after a busy day. Time after time, guests are telling us they wish they had more time to be together at our home.

Amazing Disney themed house

This property was amazing, I have a 5 year old little girl who was mesmerized with the Elsa themed room. They had over 20 princesse dresses and all the barbies and dolls you could have imagined. We probably didn’t even need to go to the parks. We will definitely stay here again !

We loved everything about this house! The themed rooms, the pool, the game room and the neighborhood were some of our favorite things! The owner was always quick to respond and was kind and understanding. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to another family!

One of our favorite vacations to date!

This house is amazing! Our family enjoyed every single thing about this place! The themed rooms are adorable! The beds are super comfy! And the pool was a favorite hang out spot! Not to far from 192 which offers alot of restaurants and shopping! Close enough to parks. Five stars for sure!

Outstanding Home

This house was perfect for our family. There is an ample amount of space for even the largest families. There were things to do for any age children and even the adults. We stayed for over a week here and my kids never once came to me saying there was nothing to do. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and wonderfully themed to several different movies. Would stay here anytime I could when in the area.

Excellent Property and Stay

The house was more then we could have imagined and was an excellent place to stay. There was toys and dress up clothes for both boys and girls. The house was very clean and tidy and any small communications for questions to the owners were always answered in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to many friends planning a stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking.

Quiet Relaxation in Davenport

The property was even better than the pictures and description. We had 4 of us, 2 adults and a 14- and 12-year-old, but could have had many more stay as the house was huge. The pool area was perfect, and the hot tub was nice, as well as having privacy from neighbors and the wetlands behind the home. The home had everything you would ever need including bonuses like games, puzzles, and pool toys. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous!

Probably the best house I have ever rented. Really well equipped with every kitchen utensil you could think of. Even had a waffle maker. Plenty of good quality consumables, including coffee and paper products, Perfect for our two granddaughters, 4 and 7. They loved the dressing up clothes and exploring all the hidden treasures. Very peaceful location, not overlooked at all. Would thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you!

Amazing

My family and I had such a great time. Everything from communication prior to check in to the check out process was seamless. Any questions I had during our stay were answered promptly. We did have hot tub issues on around the 5th day but he tried the best he could to fix the issue. Overall it was amazing. Everything you could think to need was found in this house. Outstanding amenities and charm

Our stay was wonderful! The house has everything you need, so no need to worry about remembering every little thing from home to be comfortable and prepared. Our girls loved all of the toys tucked away in the house. The location is relaxing and secluded with no backyard neighbors. We enjoyed watching wildlife like deer and turkeys from the pool area. Beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the full size crib(s) for our 2 year old. Location is a bit further out from Disney which was nice during high-traffic hours since there were alternate routes available to/from. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Loved all of the special touches and decor in the house, and the hosts were fast and responsive with our questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our Favorite Stay in Orlando to Date

The house was clean, spacious, and accommodating, the patio was perfect (where we spent most of our time), the pool and spa was just right. The conversion the garage to a livable game room was great, the mini split unit (AC) that kept the game room a perfect cool temperature where we spent a few hours playing pool over our week there. While we did not make use of the costumes or toys, that was indeed a nice touch and I am sure would be great for the younger kids. The neighborhood was in a nice location (relative to restaurants and stores), large, clean, and good sidewalks on both sides of the streets. For those that like to take walks or jog, you can spend two hours and never have to touch the same sidewalk (big subdivision). Overall the house was perfect, allowing for everyone to have their own space (with TVs) when needed but was accommodating for the family of 8 was all together (breakfast, a couple dinners). Keven, the property owner, was super responsive and helpful in the one or two questions we had.

Amazing Rental!!!

I loved everything about my vacation staying at this rental property. The owners were very accommodating to my early check in/late check out. Checking in was a breeze, and the house and location was amazing!!!!! The home is location near various food places, all of the Disney parks, as well as several shopping centers. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. The house itself was extraordinary!!!! My family and I loved every minute of our stay there. The rooms were big and the house was very clean. If you like cooking on vacation they have everything you need (pots, pans, bakeware, etc). Every part of the house is a different Disney theme. Also, there were costumes that the kids could wear and play in. Not as if all of this wasn’t good enough they have a game room with a pool table and air hockey. They also have a PlayStation in the downstairs playroom, as well as two more in the upstairs room (if your kid(s) are big on gaming). Two other great amenities of this house were the pool and the hot tub. Lastly, this home has a washer and dryer, so you don’t have to take your dirty laundry back with you. If you’re taking a family vacation and have kids don’t think about it just book this amazing home!!! I promise you won’t regret it!!!

The house was exactly as advertised, and we loved it! It was in great proximity to Disney parks, there is a Publix less than a mile from the house (and an Aldi nearby, if you prefer that), and there are a variety of restaurants within a few miles also. The rooms were adorably decorated, with both obvious and subtle touches that match the theme of each room. The kids loved the bunk bed room and the gaming systems, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out in the house for individual quiet time. (We are a neurodivergent family, so this was a HUGE plus and super helpful for recharging in the evenings from the dysregulation you can't avoid when spending the day at a Disney park.) We had no need to contact the property managers while we were there, but I have no doubt they would have been prompt and helpful, given that the house was so well-maintained, with everything you could possibly think of being available for use. If we ever brave a Disney trip in the future, we would be sure to look up this property again and plan our trip around its availability. 10/10 from us!

Loved this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. I wish I could give it more stars. Every single room has amazing theming. There are so many details and little touches that make it special! The pool & hot tub have privacy backing up to nature instead of another home & the hot tub gets nice and hot. The kitchen is well equipped, had everything we could need, both a keurig and non keurig coffee maker. There were games, toys, dress up, in each bedroom, and an amazing game room. Davenport is only slightly further than Four Corners where we typically stay, but worth the extra few minutes. It is still close, but just far enough to be able to go out to dinner without the huge crowds you find on 192. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops (under 5 min to Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendys, Publix), and not far from the Orlando Cat Cafe my son loves. We were in town for RunDisney and this was the perfect spot. It was quiet for sleeping odd hours, and the hot tub was great for sore muscles. This house is perfect if you like to take a day or two to hang by the pool and relax between park days as there is so much to keep the kids busy and plenty of space to relax without having to go anywhere. It is in a golf community & close to other golf courses. If you look at all my reviews you will see the things that are important to me and this home had it all: Comfy beds, very clean, well equipped if you want to cook, and theming that is fun. Owners were easy to reach, and will def book again!

My children absolutely loved this house. Perfect for a Disney vacation. All the doors had child proof locks to keep children out of pool area and the pool itself had a saftey fence for added protection. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling with children. They will have a blast!
