Welcome to Sunset Dreams Villa, a stylish 4-bedroom, 4-bath home perfectly located near
Orlando’s top attractions. This professionally decorated retreat features a modern kitchen with
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating—8 at the dining table and
4 more at the breakfast bar—making it ideal for family meals and gatherings.

The open-concept living area offers a cozy sectional and a 50-inch TV, perfect for unwinding
after a fun-filled day. Step outside to your private screened pool and spillover spa, complete with
outdoor dining, a half bath, and plenty of seating to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine.

The villa comfortably sleeps 8 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom for easy
access and privacy. Upstairs features the spacious king master suite with a private bath, a
second queen bedroom, and a fun themed kids’ room with two full beds. Every bedroom is
equipped with its own TV to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay.
