This spacious luxury home is located within the exclusive ChampionsGate Retreat Resort providing you the easy access to Orlando's theme parks, dining, and top shoppings.

This spacious 5 bedroom holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a large family or group of up to 10 guests & gourmet kitchen & an expansive yard and a private pool/spa.

Guests have full access to the amazing amenities including a huge luxury clubhouse & Pool, a free to play arcade room and much more.

✅ Vehicle Limit
• Each home may park up to 6 vehicles total.
• Delivery drivers and ride-share vehicles (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are not counted toward this limit.
• If you need to request an exception, please email manager@retreatcg.com before arrival.

⏳ Temporary Access
• These larger vehicles may enter only for loading or unloading, for up to 4 hours.

Pool/spa heating is $65 per day and must be for the entire reservation. The grill is $150 for use and includes a tank of propane.

Loved our stay! Chuck and his team were very responsive and reliable and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The resort was fun and great pool/clubhouse area for a break from the parks. Only issue was traffic through Rt4 construction made travel to parks difficult at peak times. However this is probably resolved now. Would definitely rent from Chuck and his team again!

Enjoyed my time

Chuck was very accommodating and very quick to respond to questions. Home was spacious and the fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom made traveling with a large family easier.
