It is located in Emerald Island a gated community which is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with attached bathroom on the first floor
1 KING bed with attached bathroom on the second floor,
1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with queen and Living Room with sectional sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people when folks share beds.
The home has in-home laundry (washer dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat screen TVs included.WIFI and High Speed internet (normally $10 per rental) is included free of charge in a promotional offer.
Kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Manny never disappoints. ALWAYS organized and has the customers interests in mind. Great home with all the amenities . Cant wait to book the next stay!Only downfall, not tragic is the lack of towels and the pool does not have any .Thanks again!!

The place was very comfortable; we stayed for two nights, and the beds were excellent for resting after walking all day in the Disney parks. Communication with the host was quick whenever we had any questions during the booking process. The Emerald Island Resort neighborhood offered excellent privacy, and the area felt very safe; you need authorized key cards to access the two gates. Everything was clean. There were eight of us in my family, and the only suggestion I would make is to replace or repair the dining room chairs, as some were a bit wobbly and could break with any sudden movement. Thank you very much; I would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommended.

We stayed at that particular location spot on last year. We love that it's so close to everything. Also, we love that the air condition works and that the quest can control the temperature and the beds are comfortable. However, the home lacks the basic things like extra towels for bathing and swimming. We purchased towels at a near by Walmart. Also, its time for an upgrade on the sofa. Overall, the home just needs a little TLC Manny is good with her clients! I recommend this property

The rental looks beat up but the price was worth it. We hardly stayed in the rooms since we were there to go to Disney for the weekend so we only used the property to sleep. It’s definitely average looking but not great.
