Upgraded Huge Lakefront 1BR/2BA Blue Heron Beach Resort Condominium

Recently upgrade spacious one bedroom, two full bath Condominium in the newest Disney Area luxury lakefront condominium at the Blue Heron Beach Resort nestled on the shores of 400 plus acre Lake Bryan, two blocks off I4 at the main Lake Buena Vista exit and yes, just .9 miles from the entrance to Disney!

This professionally decorated unit is appointed with the best of everything, granite counter tops, jetted master tub, and designer furnishing. This unit has a breathtaking view of the pool and lake. The unit is completely equipped with everything you to need to have a 'magical' stay.
The condominium sleeps six with a separate master suite with king-size bed and private bathroom.

The bunk area and sofa bed each sleep two people with a separate full bath for a total of six people. Unit has two 4K Smart TVs (65in in Living and 55in in Master), along with full-size washer and dryer.

The resort features two levels of under building covered parking with easy elevator access, a fitness room, multiple pools and hot tub spa, boardwalk and docks, tiki bar, arcade and access to a variety of rental watersport from neighboring Lake Buena Vista Watersports.

Our location is centrally located to all of what Lake Buena Vista and Orlando has to offer from theme parks to fine dining. We are in the heart of the Disney resort area and only minutes to Sea World, Universal and the Convention Center.

Many vacation rentals advertised in the Disney/Orlando area are private homes miles away from the resort areas and are managed remotely. We are right in the heart of the resort area and make sure you have a great vacation experience. We leave nothing about your Orlando vacation to chance.

Great Stay - Great Location

This apartment was perfect for our family. Centrally located, whole family thought the accommodations were great. Only suggestion - provide more towels to cut down on laundry. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our short week long visit to the area while attending a conference at the Marriott Convention Center. The condo was perfect and much preferred compared to a hotel stay. Our communications with the owner were excellent. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying near Disney or the Marriott Convention Center.

Very impressed with the condo and property. Very clean with all the amenities of home! The pool area was wonderful with a nice tiki bar. Check in and check out went very smoothly. I will definitely be staying here again during my next Florida vacation!

Very comfortable

The apartment was great and spacious. The view from the balcony was stunning and the pool downstairs was both relaxing and fun. The furniture looked nice and the couches and beds were very comfortable! We are sure to revisit and stay at that apartment again. We do recommend it!

Clean and wonderful view!

My family just got back from staying at this condo for a week and we had a great time! The view from the balcony was fantastic! Wished I planned for more time out there. Friends came over to visit and they said they could look at the view for days. Kid friendly pool and loved the deck! Condo was great as it was outfitted with everything we needed. Location was awesome!

Perfect Orlando stay.

We loved this condo with a beautiful view of the lake and pool. It had plenty of room for our family of three, and it was very convenient to the parks and to shopping. I lived the docks which were lit up for evening walks. We ended up staying out too late to enjoy the pool and tiki bar. Hopefully next time!

Wonderul place!

This place was perfect! Great location to all things Disney/Universal/SeaWorld, et. al. Clean, quiet, and nicely furnished. Loved enjoying the sunrise every morning from our balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Bryan. Condo was nice and clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. We really liked all the Disney/Mickey decor throughout the unit. Communication with Todd was quick and easy. Plenty of places to eat/shop/etc. just down the street. Will definitely stay here again!

An Unforgettable Experience

A Dream Come True! Our recent stay was nothing short of beautiful! From the very beginning, the booking process was incredibly easy, and our host communicated exceptionally well, ensuring we had all the information we needed. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four, plus grandma, and it was spotless upon our arrival. The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset—truly unbelievable! We felt right at home in this cozy space, which offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area and hot tub were perfect for relaxation, and the amazing dock by the water provided a fantastic fishing spot for us to enjoy. Location-wise, it was ideal, with numerous stores, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we were greeted with kindness from everyone we encountered. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and convenient, and parking was ample. We appreciated the easy access after hours with our room key, which added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. Exceptionally clean modern apartment. Perfect for a Disney vacation!

The apartment looks exactly the same as in the pictures. The apartment is very well looked after, spotlessly clean, and is situated in an excellent location to nearby Disney Springs and the main parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and it was the perfect play to unwind after an exhausting day at the parks. Also from the main bedroom, Epcot's nightly fireworks display can be seen. It is rare to stay in a place that exceeds your expectations, but you will not be disappointed! Thank-you Todd!

Great stay

I rented this unit because my daughter was playing in an event at Wide World of Sports. The location was perfect because we were only 15 min to the fields. The outlets were right around the corner and there were lots restaurants near by. My daughter loved that Starbucks was right in front of the resort. The condo was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. My daughter (age 15)loved her bunk bed and said it was very comfortable. The resort was quiet and very clean. We will definitely book with Todd again when we return next year for the event.

Excellent Location and Condo!

First time to Orlando for my wife and I and our first time staying anywhere with a VRBO.com owner. Our stay at Blue Heron Resort was wonderful and Todd was extremely helpful and has a great place to stay at! Overlooking the pool and lake was peaceful and the location of this resort is perfect. Minutes away from Epcot, Downtown Disney, Disneyworld PLUS minutes from I-4 which will lead you to Tampa, downtown Orlando, etc. As far as food and drink - you name it and pretty much within 15 minute drive you can have it. Looking for a place to stay, relax and enjoy? Todd has the place! Looking forward to the return trip!

I would like to Thank Tod...

I would like to Thank Todd the property owner for wonderful accomodations in the Blue Heron. My family & I stayed in the Sunrise Suite that accomodates 8 people. The unit was very clean, very well maintained and extremely comfortable. The Blue Heron is located in the perfect area.. literally just steps away from food and shops and 1 mile from Magic Kingdom. We look forward to staying here again on our future trips to Orlando and all it's magic. Thank you! Johnny

Great VRBO

We were lucky enough to stay at this amazing Condo. The room was nice and clean, with lots of room to spread out and relax. The views off the balcony were so nice to walk into in the morning and after a day at the park. The owner had so many nice touches/ decorations throughout. We were close to all the theme parks ( Disney and Seaworld) which was why we were in Orlando. There are also lots of restaurants and shops close by. The only downside was the road up front got pretty busy and was hard to get in/ out at times. The check in/ out process was easy. The pool was very nice and we all enjoyed it! We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone and we definitely hope to stay here again! 5 ⭐️!

Condo on the lake

Condo was just as advertised. Some confusion about what time property management office ( 2 miles from the condo ) is open to allow customers to get key to unit. On line said 8:00 But office was closed when we got there at 7:00. Had to call the owner of unit who was very helpful. Condo was clean and had everything needed for a short stay with a pretty view of lake. Condo had a strange odor when walking in. Not sure if exterminator had just been there or if it was the smells of the Florida humidity. A dehumidifier may help. Otherwise very nice
