Upstay presents this 10 bedroom home, that has some of the coolest kids bedrooms we've ever seen! Plus, it has a gorgeous sundeck and private swimming pool, which are features everyone will love. Large enough for 20 people, this fantastic property is located at the Veranda Palms resort, and our guests get access to the resort amenities too. Enjoy group dinners fresh from your BBQ grill, or challenge your friends to a game of billiards in the upstairs lounge. This house has it all!

The Space:
The home is located in the Veranda Palms Resort, a secure gated community located next to "The Loop," a premier shopping and entertainment mecca. You'll be just 10 minutes from Disney parks as well as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses.

The main floor of the home is designed with a group-friendly, open concept layout. There's plenty of seating in the comfortable living room, lots of indoor dining space at the formal dining table and kitchen island, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. You'll have all the tools you need to prepare a great meal, plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill.

Through the glass sliding doors, you'll find a spacious furnished sundeck, complete with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. There's additional dining space out here too, perfect for casual lunches or snacks.

Back inside, you'll find three bedrooms on the ground level of the home; a King bedroom with a sparkling ensuite bathroom, and two Queen bedroom suites (one with an ensuite). The other seven bedrooms are all located up the stairs on the second level. Kids will love the themed bedrooms with their custom designed beds. The Alligator room has a slide to get from the top bunk to the floor, cool mood lighting, and awesome murals. The immersive design of the fairytale room is made for kids with big imaginations and feels like you stepped inside a story book.

You'll also find a second TV lounge upstairs, this one with a billiards table, board games and puzzles. All this, plus all the comforts of home, like in-home laundry machines, central air conditioning, complimentary wifi, and free onsite parking.

Guest Access:
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The house has parking spaces for 3 vehicles, any overflow can park at the clubhouse. Cars parked in the street are subject to fines or being towed.

RESORT - You're provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool, water slide, fitness center, and lounge. Please present your reservation to gain entry.

The Neighborhood:
Veranda Palms is located in a fantastic location, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. Just 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee, a great family night out. Just 7 miles from Disney Springs and 6 miles from the Loop Kissimmee, where there are many dining and shopping options along with a Regal movie theatre.

Getting Around:
Veranda Palms, near Kissimmee is a relatively new resort located just off Highway 192 at the end of Seven Dwarfs Lane. It is ideally located for all amenities and is in close proximity (3 minute drive) to dozens of bars and restaurants, from steak houses to pizza parlours, and the huge Walmart and Target superstores. You certainly will not want for anything here. Veranda Palms is also just a short stroll away from the wonderful Shingle Creek Nature Reserve which transports you back to the Florida of the 1800's with its array of nature trails, playgrounds and lakes and streams where you can Canoe and Kayak at your leisure.

Additional Service
• Pool and Hot Tub heating are additional services that are not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per day, per service, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is only available to those guests staying a minimum of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

Pet Friendly:
• Pets are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

• We're happy to deliver:
→ a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70 per tank.
→ a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
→ a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
→ We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is an additional cost an must be arranged ahead of time.
