The kitchen was setup well. The fridge had an ice maker and water, this was HUGE for us. The rooms were clean, the air conditioning worked well, and we LOVED the pool. After a long day in the Universal parks, we were enjoying the ability to relax in the pool.Finally, the property managers were very good with their communications! We plan on returning in the future!

The kids all had their own rooms...check. The price was extremely reasonable...check Close to Universal and Disney.....check Neat, organized, and hospital clean...check We would definitely stay again and reccomend this place to friends and family.

The location of this property is perfect for a Universal Studios vacation. The complex was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The unit was spacious and had a wonderful view of the water. Also, parking was plentiful and located in front of the building. The best feature was communication which was always prompt and friendly. I would stay here again with no hesitation!

Great place!

This is a beautiful property, meticulously maintained. My husband and I, two teenage daughters, and my parents enjoyed staying here during our visit to Universal Studios. Even though the nearby pool was closed for renovations, the other pool was just a short distance away and was perfect for swimming, relaxing andthe pool bar for food and drinks. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio. Lack of rugs makes it a little bit echoey, and so if your family is noisy, or has a baby that might be something to consider.

The perfect location

This was our first VRBO and it’s won’t be the last. Our host was very responsive each time I reached out. We asked for early check in as we were carting out luggage around! They initially said they would not be able to accommodate us, but finished with the cleaning early and messaged us to come in! We were thrilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great as their was a pizza shop, bakery, small cafe, brewery and Walgreens within walking distance.

Excellent location and property, with a great view and amenities. Grocery, shopping, restaurants, parks, and attractions all located within convenient distance. Response from the property manager to any issue was immediate and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We stayed for a month and it was an enjoyable stay. With upgrading of some furniture (especially dining chairs and counter stools) and addition to utensils and serving dishes, this property would be top-notch.

Awesome place and amazing location

Being in Orłando few times a year and staying at various places I can say without a doubt this one is in my top spots now. Location is amazing. You are so close to everything that you never have to drive more than 10-12 minutes anywhere. The place itself is clean and quiet. You can tell the owners really care about it inside. The bedrooms are spacious and private bathrooms in both bedrooms is a huge bonus. Great kitchen and the two tin size bedroom for kids is great. Easy check in and great communication. I hope to stay here again as it’s across directly from new Universal Epic so walking distance for when it opens in May 2025

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bins outside each unit was very convenient for placing trash bags in. We especially liked having the washer and dryer which made it possible to pack lightly. We enjoyed our time at the pool, it was very clean and a great size. The location of this property was probably the best part of it all. Close to literally all of the parks and had great restaurants around. We will definitely be booking with them again if we come back to Orlando for round 2! Thank you!

Vista Cay

Easy check in, clean, and close to the convention center but not walkable during the summer with the heat (also depends on which concourse at the convention center you are going to). There was an issue with the dishwasher (started beeping loudly and wouldn't stop) that happened during off hours. I called and left a VM and emailed the management company at night, but didn't hear back the next day until I called them again, at which point the issue was addressed. Vista Cay is fine, decent sized pool area. Would stay again.

Our Orlando vacation

This was our family's trip to visit Universal Studios. There are six of us, 2 teens and 4 adults. So the 3 bedrooms worked out fine. The check in time is 4:00 PM however since maintenance had cleaned the room we were allowed to enter by 2:00. Since we had arrived in Orlando at 8:00 am we were grateful to be able to unpack and shop for food early.The condo was very clean which is very important to us. It is listed in the description that the closest pool was closed but we were so busy with visiting Universal and other places we didn't have much time to swim anyway.I would have liked more bath towels however we used the washer and dryer frequently.The only complaint I have is that there were only 3 chairs at the dining table, to be able to eat together we would have liked 6.I still believe the area & condo is worth the 5 stars.
