This beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect to spend a pleasant vacation in the most entertaining city in the USA, it is located in Kissimmee, just 15 minutes from Disney and close to shopping centers, restaurants, shops and entertainment, the beautiful complex has 2 swimming pools, gym, tennis court and free parking.

Exactly as described

This is a basic apartment with basic amenities. It is perfect for resting after a day in the sun. It is equipped to handle preparing a light breakfast or lunch. The furniture is brand new and the beds were so comfortable. Being on the second floor was no problem. The area is pretty quiet (great for adults, not for teenagers). Pool and grounds are well kept.

Smoke detectors appeared to be non functional, windows were filthy, mold in the shower, bathtub had dark stains, window blinds were broken,stains in the carpet and the lint filter in the dryer hadn’t been cleaned in some time as there were layers of it on the filter- completely plugged. The filter for the HVAC system was not properly installed. Although the owner said the work hard to maintain the unit, it didn’t show during our stay. Would not recommend this place to stay.
