Great home base in Orlando

Well equipped house in a great neighborhood if you want to visit theme parks. Lovely water park minutes away from the house, all included. Walmart 3 minute drive.

Great property for multiple families

Home was very clean and great access to Disney Parks. Great to unwind after a long day at the parks and close enough to take a break in the middle of the day.

Amazing home and location

Our family had a wonderful time this past week at this property. The check-in was easy and the house was clean with all the amenities. The kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms. The property is a few minutes drive from Walmart, Dennys and Magic Kingdom. Will definitely stay here again.

Great experience

We loved the home. It was perfect for our family. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood was beautiful and well kept. Although there were several families vacationing all around us, it was relatively quiet. Will definitely use this house again.

Great location - nice villa

We loved the pool and games room and the villa was mostly clean and spacious. We had some issues with the villa, including an overflowing toilet, but the property managers were quick to respond and helpful. Overall, the villa was more dated than the images on the listing show.

Spring Break

Short stay before boarding a cruise for spring break. Property was clean and as described. Host was very attentive and receptive. Check in/out was easy. Very much appreciated not having to strip beds and do laundry while on vacation.

Wonderful home and area

We stayed here for a family Disney trip. We had 7 adults and 4 children in the home. What a fantastic home! All the necessities are provided and plenty of linen provided. The home is well laid out and space for all of us. The location was perfect for us. So close to everything! The owner was very responsive to my questions and the entire process was smooth. I definitely recommend this home for a large family group!

Great Vacation Home

I can't give this house enough stars. We booked for a month to escape the cold winter and be close to Disney and had a wonderful time. The house looks exactly like the pictures and is so well taken care of. It is super clean and stocked with all the household essentials you could need. All the communication with the owner was professional and they responded to questions quickly. The location to Disney was amazing and was nice to have an entire house to relax in instead of a hotel room after long days at the park. I highly recommend this property.

Another great Disney visit

We have stayed in many houses and condos in Windsor hills over many years. Some are nicer than others. This house was one of the nicest. Rooms were fun for the kids. Princess bed was a hit. Game room, children’s items, cleanliness, pool heat… all extras that made the stay wonderful. Even the checkout process was quick and easy. Wonderful home and owners are very easy to work with. Fantastic vacation!

Beautiful vacation home

We loved our stay and highly recommend this location. I would only ask the owners to provide passwords to grill and theater room equipment since they are included so they could be used without having to reach out. Additionally, the hot tub shut off at 9pm, which was a disappointment after returning from a long day at the parks. The owners did adjust after reaching out but we lost several days of use due to default settings. Love the home, decor, and location. Book it!

Ideal Location for your Disney Vacation!

This property was perfect for our large extended family to enjoy summer vacation in Orlando. We are a three generation family of eight adults and two children, including a child with special needs. The bedroom layout was perfect to suit a large family with differing sleep schedules and individuals with physical limitations. In addition, the property owner has thoughtfully converted the two car garage into a large entertainment space, which doubles as a second living room for relaxation and enjoyment. The screen enclosed pool is the perfect way to beat the Florida heat, as well as protecting you from the Florida State bird (AKA Mosquitoes!) Lastly, the close proximity to Disney is a huge draw, and the location is on the side of Orlando with less congestion from traffic.

Convention Center Business Trip Semi Success

Honestly the property overall was alright. It was mostly very cleanly. One of the upstairs bathroom did have a moldy scent and upon further inspection there was a lot of black mold inside the clear plastic shower knob. The kitchen was spotless and other bathrooms were good. The rooms were really nice and had comfortable beds. Someone did abruptly enter the pool cage and mess with the levels while we were outside so that was a little shocking. We also had an issue with parking and communication with the host. There was a discrepancy between having a colleague dropped off via Uber and that counting towards the 3 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Other than that it was just ok.

Great time

We really loved the house and thought it was perfect for our stay. Check in was pretty easy- only issues was our names were left off the reservation for some reason and that took about 15 minutes to clear up. We loved the house and the pool. The house is also really nicely decorated. The only complaint I would have is that the main pool in the development was closed. We had forward to using it and we’re unable to do to refurbishment which we didn’t know prior to going. The only complaint I would have is that the main pool in the development was closed. Great host, okay property

Pros: -Very quick response times from the host and they were extremely accmlomodating for our big family -Lots of space across the house that included nice amenities. We loved the kitchen, theatre room, pool & hot tub, plus the grill and outdoor seating -The drive to Magic Kingdom was only 15 minutes which was great after a long day at Disney Cons: -Lack of cleanliness upon arrival was a real issue. Many rooms very dusty ceiling fans, dirt on the floors, and a couple of bath tubs weren't fully clean -Having family visit is a real pain if you hit the 3 car limit per property Important note - if you're swapping a car for a new car to be assigned to the property, .ake sure the old car pass is turned in and shredded. We had an incident where a family member left and we wanted to swap the pass but they wouldnt let the new family member in because the old pass wasn't turned in and shredded. Overall, I think this is a great place for people that won't exceed the 3 car limit. If the cleanliness was up to par, it would be very ideal choice for larger families wanting to do Disney

Would not stay here

The property is a great size in a nice community with a very short ride to Disney parks. The house appeared very clean however it has roaches. The first night I saw one I thought it could be a one off however we continued to see and kill them everyday. I also found multiple dead tiny roaches. My son went to replace a roll of toilet paper and one crawled out of the wrapper and onto his arm. It was horrifying. I would never stay here again for this reason. The owner did say she gets it sprayed by a pest company regularly but the roaches still find their way into make themselves a home. I found this to be misleading as it seems she knew it was a problem. The owner said it’s not a problem but sometimes one or two get in. I debated on putting this on blast but it ruined my families comfort during our vacation and I paid a lot of money to rent this place. Hopefully this will save another family from this same experience.

Mostly Great

We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times over the years and will continue to do so. Had a few issues and the owner was very quick to reply and arrange for somebody to come and take a look. Main issue was the air con, as another reviewer mentioned below. It worked great upstairs but downstairs in the bedrooms it was just uncomfortably too hot and didn't blow out hard enough compared to the other rooms, leaving a big temperature difference despite adjusting the grates on the ceiling. Somebody did attend very quickly but couldn't speak a word of English, seemed like a nice chap though and I gave him a universal bro fist. I never heard from anybody again following this and because I was on holiday, I didn't want to spend a lot of time sorting things out, so I just left it. Overall though the property was great, I think the cleaners could have done a better job between changeover but that's not the owners fault. I could have continued to speak with the owner about the air con issue but chose not to, I'm sure she would have continued to assist promptly. Games room and pool area are great and if I knew the air con situation was fixed I would stay again.

Family Friendly Stay- great vacation

Family vacation with adult children & young grandchildren . Great play ground near by; water park more for older children &adults( very busy/ very nice).gated restricted entry made you feel safe- also limited traffic. Proximity to Disney parks great! Proximity to restaurants also good , in both directions from closest main highway( 192). Traffic on the 192 at times at a standstill in at least one direction.Heated Pool at house great & wonderful for everyone . Well maintained. Safety fencing for children also great.outside neat & well maintained. Parking great for 2 large vehicles. Inside spacious and lots of bathrooms which is perfect - major plus.Kitcken updated, good appliances and lots of small appliances should you need them.Remember to bring paper towel, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs ,dish detergent , laundry tabs.Kitchen spotless. Good clear rules on daily garbage collection. Few small issues on check in - maintenance - property manager excellent- responded same day and small fixes resolved next day. Overall the house was clean &maintained. More attention by cleaning staff would be my only recommendation- vacuuming cleaning under furniture for example.bathrooms clean but could be better.Additional attention to general maintenance- weather stripping main door, replacing linens( sheets) ; towels were great - lots of them for bathing and pool. Attention to detail for cleaning and general maintenance to keep the place looking great. Overall a wonderful experience.
