Vista Cay will entice you with its Tuscan-themed condominiums and beautiful grounds conveniently located less than a mile from International Drive and the Orlando Convention Center and just 12 minutes to the edge of Disney. Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal park under construction is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Built in 2008 this home is a vast 1207 heat square feet under air. Free resort amenities with free parking. Ground floor so no stairs or elevators and you can park in front of your home for free.

Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop.

Overall stay was great - condo was clean and location close to the clubhouse was wonderful for our family. We do wish the condo had a few more kitchen utensils, spatulas etc for cooking and more towels. We stayed for 10 days which is longer than most people probably stay and felt like we had to do laundry everyday to keep up due to minimal towels, etc. Would def come back to this property

Awesome location!

We were amazed about how much there was to do around the condo! It’s a prime area. Condo was perfect for our family of 5. Easy to access, clean and cozy. Highly recommend! The pool pass was wonderful for our kids when we got back from the parks.

Location is amazing

The location of this townhome is perfect for any of the theme parks. The community is easy to navigate and the gym was clean and had good options. The pool and bar were nice after a long day in the sun. Gary was very available and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Townhome was as advertised.

Great Location

Perfect place to stay if visiting Universal, Disney or SeaWorld. Very closely located to all of Orlando’s theme parks. Pool and other resort amenities are kind of small if you were to just vacation at the resort your entire stay, We however took full advantage of the close proximity to all the parks. It was perfect. Check in is super easy! House was very clean upon arrival.

Our family had an awesome time staying at Vista Cay. We had everything we needed in our place and after long days the pool and hot tub were great to relax in. We also loved how close the restaurants, grocery store and malls were. Gary was great with the check in process and he also checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. We will be back, everything was all that we hoped for!! 5 out of 5 stars!

All the perks!

Vista Cay is a beautiful complex, well maintained and landscaped. There’s a walking path around a lake in back with many birds and other wildlife. The unit is stylish, spacious and comfortable. It contained everything we needed for our stay.

AMAZING PROPERTY

Clean, huge, comfortable, and cool townhouse in a perfect location for Orlando theme park exploration and fun. We loved staying here and enjoyed coming back to the AC chilled house after long days at the parks. Huge bedrooms, big clean bathrooms, and everything you could want. Thank you for a great week here. Great property and Gary was wonderful to work with. We did have some trouble with the internet but Gary came out the first night to address the issue.
