The condo was very clean and large. Close distance to the convention center, parks and restaurants. We took Lyft/Uber and it was easier to walk to resort clubhouse for pickup than it was to try and explain to driver where the condo was located. Too cold to use pool while we were there but it looked nice and had a bar. Host was easy to communicate with in the app.

This was our second time staying at Vista Cay, and overall, we really enjoyed it. The location is great, and the amenities are a big plus. It’s also pet-friendly, which we appreciate.That said, the unit wasn’t quite as clean as I expected. Something had spilled on the floor, and when I wiped it up, the cloth was black, which made me feel like the floors hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly between guests. I ended up vacuuming the entire condo, which helped me feel better about it.Other than that, everything was good. One thing to note for future guests: be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent for dishes and laundry, as these weren’t provided for the duration of our stay (they have been at other VRBOs we’ve stayed in).

Perfect Location

My family was in town for volleyball tournament at the convention center. Location was close to convention center where we coukd walk. But far enough away that it was quiet. Place was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely stay here when we ate in the area again.

Amazing Location

Highly recommend this property while visiting in Orlando. Its conveniently located about 10 minutes from Universal Studios. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Quiet, restful and nice place.

The property was very clean and organized. It was quiet and close enough to walk to my granddaughter's cheer competition. Plenty of room and parking was right in front of building. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Seriously, it's gorgeous. 15 minutes to either Disney or Universal. Quiet gated community with plenty of parking. We loved our stay here.

I chose thislocation because of his close proximity to Universal, which is where we were going. Apartment grounds had a locked gate. It was a quiet community the apartment was very nice. Spacious and clean was missing linens for the pullout couch, which I inquired about, and they offered to bring, but we declined . Nice communication with the owner

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, convenient to Shows at the Orange County Convention Center and plenty of great places to eat. I only have one suggestion, It is time to upgrade the mattress in the Master Bedroom, it is completely wore out.... Maybe it is also time to Spring Clean the balcony.

Great location, could use a deep clean

Location is great; close to parks, shopping etc. Floors were dirty and left the bottoms of my feet black. Dirt under beds and other places as well. Wouldn’t stay in the apartment again but would stay at the complex in a different unit with a different owner.

Nice Condo in Vacation Resort - Convenient to Parks and Shopping

This property checks the box for being close to the major theme parks (15-20 mins away), restaurants (5-10 mins away in any direction), and shopping centers. It is next to the Orange County Convention Center which is undergoing a multi-year expansion. The construction will not greatly impact your ability to enter or exit, however the traffic light takes a very long time to change so be patient. The owner responded to my messages in a timely and friendly manner. Pro: The condo served its purpose for our trip - 2 spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 2 dining areas (we didn't use the "formal" dining room), living room, and patio. The appliances are good and worked well (didn't use the dishwasher so don't have feedback on it). Con: 1. Upon our arrival there was a soiled hand towel in the kitchen sink. I messaged the owner who responded timely about the matter (thank you!). 2. The furniture really needs to be replaced. The couch, chair, and loveseat sinks. Th pillows are too flat to support one's back. I was hopeful that this was resolved given the previous reviews. 4. The larger ensuite is in need of renovation. Clearly there's been some water damage from the condo above it. There are several large water stains and a few are are showing mold. 5. The patio clearly had not been cleaned in a while. My husband and I had to clean the furniture, spider webs, and get rid of the hornet nest before settling in with our wine and charcuterie.
