  • Welcome to Storey Lake inside the Covey Resort Townhouse.

    Storey Lake is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando Florida area.

    The Resort is located at the corner of State Road (SR535) - also known as Kissimmee-Vineland Road - and Osceola Parkway. Storey Lake is close to all of the major attractions of Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. All types of dining, from chain restaurant to fine dining are close by. And, spectacular outlet shopping is within minutes from Storey Lake.

    This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is sure to please. The open floor plan is beautifully decorated throughout and includes a 55-inch flat screen in the living room. The 5 bedrooms sleeps up to 10 and consists of 1 king bedroom, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Prepare meals in the fully furnished kitchen and dine together ā€“ there is plenty of seating at both the large dining room table and the kitchen bar! The private splash-pool will provide fun in the sun while you catch that perfect tan. Free WIFI and a washing machine and dryer are included.

Property was in an excellent location. We enjoyed having the pool on premises and also the opportunity to use the resort amenities. The actual property has quite a bit of wear and tear including having the master closet with a stack of wood trim that had been removed or fallen off various locations of the home and had not been rehung or replaced. Living area is small without much space for sitting for a larger group. The host was awesome and easy to communicate with.

Lots of Room and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious for my family of 5, and nice and clean. There is also a Publix and other stores right across the street, so very easy to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. Would rent again for future visits

Nice and quiet

The complex was fairly empty the weekend we were there, so was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and had store and restaurants right across the street.

Great Location for Conference Lodging

We liked the proximity to stores and restaurants and that there was not very congested traffic in this area. The place is newer, attractive, and easy to navigate. We didn't use the amenities due to staying on the conference schedule, but everything really looked nice. We enjoyed the short commute to our conference location (Coronado Springs Resort) -- almost a straight shot. Everything about checking in and out was very easy. We would recommend it and will stay here again, if available, next year.

Iā€™m not one to write negative reviews however it seemed we had extremely poor luck in this house. there were many items in the home that were broken. During our stay the ice maker did not work, the dryer did not work the entire time we were there - they had sent 5 different maintenance workers and had given us 5 different reasons for it not working never having fixed it, finally the shower handle broke in one of the washrooms. Response times were quick with the property managers however overall the home was not of the quality that youā€™d expect. It was great to have our own pool (with an added cost to heat it) and access to a bbq. The home was a quick walk to the resort amenities which was also nice.

Awesome Property

The property was exactly as described and the kids loved the private pool and their own bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this property and will seriously be looking for it next time we come to Storey Lake(this is our second time staying in Storey Lake). Communication was great with the host and was able to answer all our questions quickly, prior to our arrival. Check in and check out was a breeze with the property. If youā€™re on the edge of deciding to choose this property, I highly recommend that you choose this one and make sure for the winter months you inquire about the pool heat, as it is a must. Plus with a washer and dryer, donā€™t need to pack a lot of clothing. The property comes with all the linens and towels that you should need for you stay and the grocery stores are like a 5 min drive away for anything else required for you stay.

Great location, super convenient for visiting both Disney and Universal. Cleanliness wasn't quite up to par when we first arrived, but the host was extremely quick to assist and resolve our concerns right away.

A Magical Stay

This townhouse was exactly as described and we thought it was extremely clean, very well appointed and comfortable. Having the pool was a plus for some downtime between visiting parks. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this condo. Plenty of space for multiple families. Kids loved having the personal pool. Great location, easy drive to all parks. Owner was always quick to answer any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Orlando Visit

This is a great property to stay at with family. Has plenty to do both on and off property. The owner worked with us early on to add some days as well. Very good experience. The only thing you need outside of normal groceries is your own beach/pool towels. We would definitely stay here again next time we come down.

Wonderful Home

The location is perfect to Disney! Many stores near by for shopping. The only thing that I did not like was the pool in the home it was not very clean. Other than that me and my family all enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend for a large family plenty of room and space.
