  • Welcome to the LEGEND

    This spacious 5-bedroom villa features: 1 Master bedroom with a king bed and direct access to the pool. Second Master bedroom with king bed and direct access to the pool. The third bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. The fourth bathroom is located in between the two twin rooms. All bedrooms have LED TVs.

    Highchair, strollers, and pack n play are also provided in villa.

    Enjoy the screened in private pool and spa, spacious covered lanai with lounges, table, chair and outdoor fan. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the family room with the 65-inch LED TV.

    There is a breakfast bar, kitchen nook and formal dining room for entertaining. The laundry room has a full-size top of the line washer and dryer. There is an awesome billiards/game room. Linens and towels are provided. Cable and wireless internet are included.

    Nearby Attractions: Animal Kingdom (5-6 minutes away), Holly wood studios, magic kingdom, Epcot, Typhon Lagoon, Blizzard beach, Downtown Disney featuring Cirque du Soleil within 5 miles. We have been renting homes in this Kissimmee area since the 1990’s. This home is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. It is impeccably clean and the owner provides practically every thing that you need for your entire stay including toilet paper, body soap/shampoo, coffee, coffee filters, cooking oil, spices, seasoning etc. we asked for an early check and the owner responded immediately and was able to assist us. Communication was never delayed and the numerous exceptional ratings on VRBO were absolutely confirmed. We will definitely rent this home again in the future!!

Great location for Disney

This property is super close to Disney and was very clean. It had a nice spacious layout with plenty of room for our party of 9. The pool and hot tub were great! Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We had a great time!

Winter golf break

The house was perfect for our getaway weekend. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub to come home to. The were comfortable and met all our needs. So much nicer then staying in a hotel.

Relaxing and Fun!

My family and cousin’s family (4 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 8-12) had a wonderful stay here. The home was in a quiet neighborhood not too far from restaurants/ shopping or Disney and other parks. The home was very clean, the layout was nice, and the kids loved the game room and pool. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after long days walking around. We enjoyed our stay here and were just sorry we had to leave! Would definitely recommend!

Girls Trip

My BFF and I were in town for a concert. We were attracted to this house because of the overall layout, the decor and the outdoor space. It did not disappoint! The home was beautiful, well kept and full of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

A Must Stay!

The Legend Property was a great experience. It was very close to everything, especially Disney World for a last-minute day trip! The host Jessie was very attentive and timely in response. I tend to be very particular with cleanliness and this place was very clean with everything needed to host our family for the Thanksgiving weekend. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when we come back to Orlando. I can't recommend this house enough!

Disney trip December 2024

This is a fantastic property for a family Disney vacation! We have stayed at many VRBO's and this was by far the best maintained, decorated and immaculately cleaned house of them all!! All of the furnishings, appliances and equipment were in great shape and worked really well! It took us less than 10 minutes to drive to the parks each day! Super convenient!Jessie the property manager was incredibly responsive to all of our questions as we planned our trip and throughout our stay! The check-in and checkout process was really easy!We will definitely stay at this property again and recommend it highly to our friends!

Five Stars – A Fantastic Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Located in a quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect retreat after busy days at the parks. One of our favorite features was the screened-in outdoor area—it was the ideal spot to relax in the evenings. We also loved taking a refreshing swim in the pool, which was a real treat after long, active days.The house itself was very clean, tastefully decorated, and well laid out. It was spacious throughout, and the large, quiet bedrooms made for a restful night’s sleep. The beds were very comfortable!Jessie was a wonderful host—very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Orlando, we would absolutely love to stay here again. This is an outstanding property, and we highly recommend it!

Everything was as pictured. Everything was super clean!!!!! The host was great, very attentive. We did want to check in 30 minutes early , but host said check in is at 3:55, which is fair, but come on, really? That’s the only semi minor thing we had, but it was on agreement. Only writing that, for awareness.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

This property's location makes a great base to explore the Orlando area. 10 minutes from Disney parks and about a half hour to Universal depending on traffic. There are a large amount of restaurants in the nearby area off of Hwy 192 for any taste. A Publix and Walmart are only minutes away. The Publix is way less busy. The home is well kept and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary items for cooking if you choose to do that. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool area has a privacy fence around it. It was nice to come home from the parks and relax in the pool or hot tub. All in all, this home is a great way to avoid a busy or noisy hotel or motel experience. I've stayed at Disney resorts and while they are nice, there is nothing better than peace and quiet which this home provides. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

We spent a little over a week at this property while attending AAU Nationals for volleyball. It was about as close as we could get while still meeting our requirements of four bedrooms and a pool. The location was also very convenient to Disney and plenty of restaurants, which made the stay even easier.This year, since our children are older, we let everyone have a vote on which property to choose, and this one won. It ended up being a great choice.The property was exactly as pictured in the listing, so there were no surprises or outdated photos. The house was also extremely clean. There was nothing that felt inadequately or improperly cleaned, and it was probably the cleanest vacation property we have ever stayed in.The home was also stocked much better than most vacation rentals we have stayed at, both in terms of amenities and supplies. The variety of kitchen utensils was a huge plus while preparing meals, and there were plenty of plates and bowls. Having both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with filters already available, was another nice touch.Little things like that made the stay much more enjoyable and helped the house feel like “home” for the week.The pool was a great size for our family and gave everyone plenty of room to play, splash, and relax.I really have no negatives about the host or the property. This will definitely be at the top of our list when we come back next year.
