Windsor Cay 104 is a luxurious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa nestled in
the heart of Orlando, perfect for a family getaway or a retreat with
friends. This stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 12
guests, offering ample space complete with themed bedrooms, including a
space-themed room that's sure to delight visitors of all ages. Equipped
with modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in
every bedroom, the villa ensures comfort and convenience during your
stay. Each bedroom features a king-size bed in three of the rooms, a
double and a twin bed in another, and a fun bunk bed in the last room.
The villa's well-appointed kitchen includes everything from a coffee

apply for violations.

Use of Amenities

* The pool heater requires advance booking and operates only in
suitable weather conditions. It will not exceed 95°F and is not
refundable if the desired temperature is not reached during cold
conditions.
* Heating is shared between the pool and spa; the spa does not have
jets and both will be at the same temperature.
* Guests are advised to bring their own wash towels for personal use.

* Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional
charge.
* Trash should be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster.
* Online orders must be delivered via UPS, DHL, or FedEx as USPS does
not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses. Some resorts may
not accept or charge fees for delivering packages.
