If you're looking for the PERFECT location for your family vacation, this is it! Less than 2 miles to the gates of Disney, and within minutes to most area attractions, restaurants and shopping, all at a cost lower than hotels will charge!

This upscale resort condo has all the amenities you will need after a fun-filled day at the parks including: Incredible and huge family friendly pool nicer than most hotel resorts, hot tub right next to the pool, state-of-the-art clubhouse with fitness area, on-site sundry shop, its own movie theatre, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, and a high quality young children's playground ALL at no extra charge! **PLEASE NOTE:** The large pool will be closed for resurfacing from Sept 5 to Oct 5. Waterslides will still be open, along with other amenities.

This clean, warm, & inviting condo has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Privacy and room for everybody! It has all the comforts of home, including FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET, cable or you can log right into your netflix account. Its tastefully decorated in Disney decor for the kids. Sleep soundly in the king-sized bed in the master bedroom with ceiling fan to stir a gentle breeze while you sleep, A queen size bed and ceiling fan in the guest room and 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids in their very own Disney themed room.

No Smoking please. This unit is HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE. We also provide a high chair and portable crib (pack & play) as well as an umbrella stroller for your use during your stay.

This is a great place to stay with a family. Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating. Check in was simple and straightforward. The kitchen had all your basics plus a toaster and keurig. She even had a pack and play and high chair for our infant. We’d stay here again.

Family short stay

It was a pleasant quick stay and the children enjoyed the bunk bed room. Would advise to travel with some essentials like hand soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid as these items were very scarce. Overall a good stay for our short trip.

Super Cute Place with Warm Pool

The condo is conveniently located to stores and restraunts, and the Disney Parks too. The condo is spacious, clean, and we found it perfect for our needs. Make sure to buy coffee and toilet paper! We really enjoyed the community pool.

Mickey’s clubhouse adventure

This condo was amazing. Perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen and amenities were great. The pool and water slides were great keeping the kids 9-17 busy. I had a relaxing time. This is a keeper!! Will put this property on my list to stay again!

Great family place

Had a great time in the “bunk bed House” as my 4 year old called it. Also had a pack n play available for my 2 year old. Highly recommend for doing an affordable Disney trip and the on site pool was very nice for when not leaving.

Great for disney

6 of us slept comfortably here. We were visiting 3 disney parks. Each day it took us about 15 minutes to/from the parking lots. The facility is fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great place and a very responsive host

We were not aware that we needed to check-in at the gate to get a parking pass or that we had to list all drivers on the reservation so that caused a little confusion at check-in but our host was very responsive to getting the issue addressed. Great property. The only complaint is the popularity and security makes it a little slow getting in due to backups at the entrance.

We loved the property and all the amenities! The unit was amazing and extremely comfortable. The only suggestion would be to outline the initial checkin process at the gate. The way the listing and instructions read, it seems like you are able to drive right to the unit. Guests need to get a pass for each car for their stay and all drivers need to be listed on the reservation. Other than the confusion of bringing two cars and needing to get another driver on the check-in list, everything was amazing! The property owner was super responsive and the gate attendant was very respectful and helpful! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

It worked for what we needed

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before just with a different host. Windsor Hills has good amenities and things to do while not out and about. It is easy to get in and out. The property was clean and had enough rooms for us and the kids. One of the bathrroms did have some broken drawers but othersie it was in great shape.

Nice Place for families going to Disney

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was a minor issue at check in that we did not expect. Security was able to contact the owner and allow us a second parking tag. But they informed us that this should have been done prior to checking in. The unit was clean and parking was readily available. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time that the pool was going to be closed for resurfacing at the time of our visit, but we were still able to let the kids play at the waterpark.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property, within the gated community in Windsor Hills. Community felt safe and secured. The condo was clean, was great space for our family of 7 people. It offers basic cooking stuff. Just bring your own ingredients and condiments. Aircon worked great. Hot water was sufficient. We didnt have any issues at all. Just bring your own toiletries. Laundry in place. Just bring your own detergent/softener. Great location, close to the clubhouse with an amazing heated pool and waterpark. My kids truly enjoyed the amenities. Ample parking available. Close to Walmart and Disney. Will book here again for sure. Thank you Jennifer for all your assistance.

Overall Not Bad

Overall, it's not a bad location but we didn't use any amenities or use much inside the Condo. We planned to go to Disney each day and mostly ate our meals out, so we mainly used the condo only for sleeping.We did run into issues just accessing the condo as there is a security gate (which is nice) but clearly caused a lot of issues for others as well. It would probably be nice to provide some more details on how to get through security and to confirm that our names are listed to be able to get through appropriately.Other than that, I believe there are a lot of amenities on-site (pool house, etc.) but we didn't use any of them so I can't speak to that. Parking was easy (not always spaces close to the condo unit) but not too far away. It is close by to Disney (just a short drive) and there is plenty of shopping and food places around.The unit itself has a little bit of supplies but we also didn't use much.The condo unit was not in bad shape but certainly needs a lot of things that needed to be fixed/ cleaned up. Mostly just a lot of wear and tear of the unit overall. I was a little worried about locking it/ security as some of the keyless lock systems don't work well, this one was a little finicky but ultimately did work. The door is outside so there isn't a ton of security that way and there are a ton of units that are rentals.

Great family stay for Disney

Average Cabin

I’ve rented several cabin and this is the first that was “just OK”! There are some minor things that should be done to update property. Each room should have a TV. The recliner is broken (leaning to the left..bad) needs to be replaced. The bathrooms need some love really bad. The kitchen was nice and the game room was a nice bonus since there was no outside deck! After staying at so many other cabins, I could have rated this one really bad if I was comparing the amenities. It’s truly a cabin in the woods… not a luxury cabin experience! Overall it was all good.
