Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort
Overall had a great experience, enjoyed the fact that a Starbucks was on the property. Along with dining area to purchase food and the shuttles to the park. Only concern was not enough washcloth for the amount of people I reserved for and needed to call each and every time.

The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando
Our check in was pleasant. The gentleman who checked us in was helpful. Unfortunately, after we got to the room it was less great- we got a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite- it was plenty roomy, and there was a lovely screened in balcony. First the only offered 1 time cleaning per stay which is weird. Then they never came to excecute the cleaning even though i mentioned at check in it can be mid stay.
