With two bathrooms equipped with refreshing showers, guests can start their day feeling renewed. This is a ground floor unit so no stairs or elevator needed. Closest unit to walk to the pool and beach. The condo stays comfortable year-round thanks to air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this pleasant retreat offers a quiet spot to unwind. Enjoy beautiful sunrises while eating breakfast right from your patio.     A short walk up the beach is Tom Renick Park, a seaside park with playground. The condo is a 35 minute drive to Daytona International Airport and 90 minutes to Disney World. Many dining, entertainment and shopping options within a 5 minute drive.

The condo home was a perfect location and so easy to get on and off the beach. The property and pool were clean and well cared for. The condo was well equipped with every thing from cleaning supplies to towels and linens. We loved the decor and the amount of seating on the patio. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. The host was responsive and the management very friendly. You can tell they are doing a great job.
