Directly on the Ocean! Luxury Condo - 10th Floor - New Listing!

Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront family-friendly 10th floor luxury condo with all amenities included. Enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidelines and contact-free check-in & check-out. High-speed wireless makes for a perfect “flexcation” if you need to do some work. And ample parking is available in our private lot. The Van Lee building is in the best location on beautiful Ormond Beach. Unit 1004 has been remodeled with high end finishes and lots of extra touches to provide the feeling of staying at a 5 star luxury resort suite. Six can sleep comfortably with a queen-size sofabed in the living room. The master suite is designed for the ultimate in comfort with a plush king-size bed, a balcony, its own bathroom and separate vanity/dressing area. The custom-made wallpaper adds an extra special touch. The guest room is equipped with two twin beds, a desk, a nightstand and has a view of the intracoastal waterway. Every room is equipped with a large screen SMART TV and cable is also included. The spacious chefs kitchen has a large island with bar seating and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite meals or just relax and socialize with family and friends. Your own private, full-size washer/dryer is also included. The condo is located directly on the ocean with a private access gate to the quiet (no-drive) beach or you can watch the waves roll in while relaxing by the pool. If you prefer a quiet spot indoors to read then you can enjoy a book in the library located on the main lobby level. If you don’t want to miss your workouts while on vacation you will appreciate the fitness center with a treadmill, rowing machine, weight machine and dry sauna.

Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Lots of other adventures, such as Daytona, St. Augustine, and Disney are a short drive. You can wake up to an amazing sunrise over the ocean and dolphins playing just off-shore then relax on the front lanai in the evenings for a breathtaking sunset over the Intracoastal. Not a morning person? No problem, just close the custom black-out curtains and enjoy your peaceful slumber. Ormond by the Sea is truly a special place and the condo has been equipped with lots of special touches to reflect that style and tranquility with convenience and comfort in mind.

Best vacation condo

We have been staying in different Ormond Beach area condos twice a year. This has been our favorite one so far. The beds were very comfortable and the Lay-out of the condo well thought out. We truly enjoyed our stay and will try to book again soon.

Longtime vacationers in this building but the first time in this unit. It was very comfortable, well-stocked, very clean and has a beautiful view from the 10th floor! Definitely a great choice for a trip to Ormond!

Spectacular Ocean Front Condo

Beautiful and immaculate 12th floor unit overlooking the quiet ocean beachfront of Ormond-by-the-Sea. Condo was well appointed with furnishings and kitchen amenities. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Will definitely return!

It was great.

The condo is very nice!! It is the cleanest condo I think we have ever stayed in. The beach was nice. No cars going up and down and making noise. Shelley the manager was a big help for us and very nice. It was a great experience all around!!! We would rent this again!!!!

Beautiful condo with awesome view

The owner had everything ready for us. The owner had liquid soap available along with paper towels and toilet paper. The information book was very helpful. The owner was readily available via the VRBO app and answered any questions we had promptly. The condo was beautifully decorated and in a way that was comfortable. The owner provided Beach towels which was very helpful as well as extra linens. We found having the washer and dryer right outside in hallway convenient and we made use of them. We highly recommend this condo. It was located near many sites and easy to venture out. Stores and restaurants were close by.

Great Stay

Really nice condo in the van lee condo complex! There was a lot of room which was greatly appreciated and amazing views. Bonuses like washer/dryer and beach equipment were great! Location is great as it is quiet but there are plenty of restaurants and things to do near by. Host was great, very communicative and helped us find a great company (Sandy Andys) that rents cribs and baby items needed so we didn’t have to lug them down on our vacation. One downside is the sliders to the balcony do not lock, which was an issue since we have a toddler. We were able to get baby gates at Walmart but ideally the sliders should lock. Overall we will be staying here again in the future for sure.

Summer Family Retreat

This was so gorgeous ! This is a quiet area so it is perfect for families. It’s so nice to be so close to the water too. We would eat outside on the balcony often and enjoy the ocean waves at dusk. There was a couple of questions we had for the owner and she was so responsive. That was a huge comfort. Also one of my favorite things about this unit besides the gorgeous views , and modern furnishings , was all of the storage space!! We were able to completely put away all of our food , unpack our luggage and store our games and books and toiletries within all of the built in storage and drawers. Also the bed in the main bed room was comfortable.

Perfect Condo

This place was exactly as described and more! Super clean, spacious and inviting. I loved the high top chairs on the balcony! (Why don't all VRBO owners with oceanfront balconies have these?? No one wants to look at the ocean through bars.) Shelley was so communicative and made sure everything was going well with my stay and that I had everything I needed. There was complimentary TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo and even coffee. Plus I was greeted with Guiardelli chocolates along with a bottle of wine on the ounter! It was nice to not have to park in a parking garage - all parking was right in front of the condo. You can use a code to enter the building and your room but you need a key to exit out/return from the beach. October was the perfect time to go - the beach and pool were empty and restaurants had no waiting. I would definitely return!

Very clean property. Host was very easy to communicate with. There is a pool available but it’s right next to the beach access which we used instead. The balcony has nice sunrise and sunset views too.

Very Relaxing

Beautifully appointed. Shelly, the owner, was great to work with. Very relaxing sitting on the deck listening to the ocean waves. Exactly what we were hoping for. Will definitely rent again.
