This gorgeous first floor studio condo is ocean front and boasts beautiful sun rise views. Step outside and enjoy the view as you spot dolphins in the distance and feel the ocean breeze all around you. The Beach and pool are just steps away from your door.



    The Space:

    You will feel right at home in this tastefully decorated beach get away. This studio includes everything you need to make your vacation one you will not soon forget. We provide the essentials including Beach Towels to enjoy on the beautiful white sands of the beach or relaxing poolside that overlooks the calming waves of the ocean.



    Standard rooms items include a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island featuring, Keurig Coffee Maker with a welcoming starter supply of select choice coffee, AC/heat, Cable TV and standard internet hotspots are available.



    Building features include a quiet, safe and secure setting with a heated pool, on-site laundry facility, elevator and covered parking.

    Conveniently located close to I-95, and just a few miles to The Worlds Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach, Florida. Be sure to stop by the Daytona International Speedway, home of the famous Daytona 500! Tomoka State Park located on the Tomoka River with a variety of water activities is just minutes away. The new Tanger Outlet Mall is 10 miles south, where you can spend the day shopping. Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area At Flagler Beach is another must if you enjoy the outdoors. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive south on I-95 or enjoy Florida’s World Class Attractions in the Orlando area, just an hour and a half east on I-4.

Nice location. Ten second walk onto beach.

The room was on the first floor so view of the ocean was mostly obstructed by cars and trucks. The room was comfortable and clean and the kitchenette had all of the basic things you need for a vacation stay. The air conditioner worked really well given the hot weather during my stay. The WiFi was a big let down as the signal strength of any of their WiFi networks was poor at my room. The property could have been cleaner. There was a lot of garbage in an overflowing trash can next to the bbq grill. It seems like the property is managed on auto pilot with no one actually on-site. Communication regarding check in was not timely, resulting in a lot of time in a communication vacuum waiting to hear if I could check in and how to get into the room.
