A great location for amenities; bars, restaurants shops. All easy walking distance. Villa is spacious, great having en-suites to each bedroom. Pool and grounds well maintained. Would definitely come back to villa and area

We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. Cozy, comfortable, and well-equipment with everything we needed. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. Most of the time we spent there and enjoyed a really nice time: sunbathing, swimming, preparing and having meals, playing cards, etc. Villa Toprak and Dalaman really made our holiday perfect! Thank you!

We stayed 10 days at Villa Toprak and had a great time. My family and I really enjoyed the stay there as we couldnt have asked for a better villa. It was really well-equipped and we loved having meals on the terrace and staying home to use the pool. Also, the air conditioning in the bedrooms was brilliant as it was quiet and could keep it on all night. We visited Iztuzu beach and Kaunos and spent an amazing time there. Thank you for looking after us.

Overall we had the perfect holiday and enjoyed it. The villa was very charming and clean and ideal for a family. With lots of space, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. I can not forget the swimming pool where we spent most of our time as it was so amazing. Nearby are some nice restaurants that offer really tasty local specialties. The agents were so attentive and gave us a lot of information. Also, the owner personally made us very very welcome. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our time there and it suited our needs. Villa Toprak was cozy and had more than everything we needed. With three young children, we enjoyed every day at the pool which was very clean and well-maintained. Everything was really close, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, which was a real plus as we did not need to rent a car. The lovely Dalaman region, nice location, friendly people, and tasty Turkish food made our holiday memorable. We will come back!

Could improve on provisions I.e. no dish cloths or tea towels or washing up liquid provided. Also no toilet roll provided just as a starter I think these little things would have helped. Also the bbq was not very good. Overall though the location was perfect to reach all amenities with a little stroll

Only 4 large mugs No instructions for Turkish coffee maker Downstairs bathroom - toilet roll holder not on wall and no shower mat £50 cleaning fee plus maid a service advertised but had to contact on day 8 to have bed linen and towels changed. Booked a villa in Cyprus through this company. Villa Toprak was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Nice spacious outside area with private pool and terrace and a nice dining area. Everyone in Dalyan was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Fethiye, Sarigerme, and Ortaca and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

Everything was very clean and kept well. Spent lots of time out in the pool and sunbathing in the garden its a perfect place for a chill-out. Dalyan is a great place to visit, it offered everything for all of us who stayed there (river tour, food, entertainment, hiking, food tasting...). A beautiful property and a beautiful holiday in fact we are hoping to return again next summer.

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise, but within a 10-15 min walk by the river, you can enjoy yourself at the plenty of restaurants near the riverside. Dalyan is a great place, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try Turkish cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

With 4 of us, we have enjoyed this spacious villa, the cleanliness, and the very well-maintained pool. I will also look at the other properties that Agni offer. I would and have recommended this property and Agni Travel to everyone and anyone that will listen to me. At the time we went many of the surrounding villas were empty so it was very peaceful.
