Erholsamer Herbsturlaub

Trotz sehr wechselhaften Wetters haben wir unseren Urlaub in St. Peter genossen. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Man kann gut alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Auto haben wir in der Woche also nicht benutzt. Im Schwimmbad waren wir in 5 Minuten, im Supermarkt ebenso. Auch zu den Umlaufbahnen zur Seiser Alm und auf den Seceda ist man schnell gelaufen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Komfortabel sind auch die beiden Badezimmer. Vermieter sind sehr freundliche uns hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft! Super Urlaub in den Bergen!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in St. Ulrich verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super gelegen, alles was man benötigt, konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieter sind klasse, es gab tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Family of 5

We found this property to be a great place for our family of 5 (3 kids under 9). The check in/out was simple and we were made to feel comfortable with the apartment and area. Our large vehicle had a great parking spot just steps from the front door of the ground floor apartment. Our favorite part of this apartment was the location: easy to walk into town center, but even better, was the short walking distance to the ski school drop off for our kids. Location location location! Patrick was attentive and very easy to communicate with! The bus passes, pool passes and Val Gardena cards were very much appreciated! Apartment highlights: ski gear shed to include boot warmers; Washing machine; Quiet ; Rolladen; Thick - sound proof windows; 2 full bathrooms. Tips for families: Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & common appliances, and even a new sponge, dish towels , trash bags and dishwasher tabs. You will need to bring your own salt& pepper, hand soap, laundry soap and tissues. A great place to stay! Have fun in beautiful Val Gardena!

Insgesamt sau ber, lediglich der Kühlschrank und einige Fächer in der Küche bedürfen eioner gründlichen Reinigung.

Great apartment in centre of Ortisei

I would highly recommend this apartment in the centre of Ortisei. The accommodation is clean and well looked after with 2 good size double bedrooms and bathrooms and a reasonably sized kitchen-diner. The single bedroom is quite small but more than suitable for a child or teenager. The apartment also benefits from a private heated shed for storing your ski gear. The biggest benefit of the apartment is the location as it's only a 2 minute walk to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the town centre/bus stop and 10 minutes to the Saceda and Seiser Elm lifts. On arrival you will also be given a bus pass for all ski buses and access ticket for the local pool and steam room which is highly recommended after a days skiing. I can also recommend the takeaway pizza shop 50m down the road. Patrick is a great host and was always willing to answer any questions about the area. He even took us to a local ice hockey match which was a great night out. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Wonderful apartment in Ortisei town center

This is a really nice apartment with plenty of character and in the heart of Ortisei. We loved our stay here. Patrick, our host, was really friendly and helpful. The nearest supermarket is just two minutes walk away and in another minute you're in the Ortisei town center. The two bedrooms were a good size and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms had great showers and the washing machine worked well. It has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It's the first holiday rental I've stayed in that had a properly sharp kitchen knife :-). I was initially skeptical of the combination microwave/oven/grill, but it worked really well, we cooked some roast potatoes and they came out perfect. The free passes to the nearby pool complex were a nice touch. We ended up using it almost everyday because the pool is so nice and only a few minutes walk away.

Wo Urlaub und Heimat sich verbinden

Das Wohlgefühl in diesem Urlaub ist nicht in Worte zu fassen. Seit vielen, vielen Jahren dürfen wir dort zu Gast sein, und der Erholungswert ist so enorm, weil man alle Vorzüge eines Fewo-Urlaubs genießen kann und sich gleichzeitig doch sehr heimisch fühlen kann. Als einzigem Gast wird einem die uneingeschränkte Aufmerksamkeit und Fürsorge der Gastgeber zu Teil. Der Garten im Erdgeschoss gehört zur Fewo. Dort kann man bei einem Gläschen Wein genüsslich die Strapazen der täglichen Wanderungen vergessen machen. Eine Laube bietet gute Möglichkeiten Getränke o.ä. zu lagern. Die Wohnung ist zentrumsnah, aber nicht an einer Hauptstraße gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Hallen- u. Freibad (kostenlose Nutzung!) und mit "Tubladel" ein exquisites Restaurant sind absolut fußläufig zu erreichen.

super Wohnung

Eine super Wohnung, mit allem was man für einen wunscherschönen Urlaub braucht. Das fängt gleich bei den supernetten Vermietern an. Drei Schlafzimmer (naja - eines ist ein bischen kleiner - aber zum Schlafen reichts völlig), zwei Bäder, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Terasse, Hollywoodschaukel ... Lokale, Schwimmbad, Spielplatz, Seilbahn, Supermarkt - alles zu Fuß erreichbar - kein direkter Durchgangsverkehr - eigener fester Parkplatz - was will man mehr. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut top. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkeln hier und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

great place in ortisei. good value for money

Have stayed in this apartment for the second time already, which I think says a lot))). very well located, nicely furnished two-bedroom apartment. there is also a small room for a child or a teenager. The kitchen has a dishwasher. two bathrooms are a great plus. besides, there is a washing machine. wifi works fine. the apartment is warm and overall very comfortable. it's rather quiet at night, even in the street-facing room. there is a ski storage room where you can leave your boots on a warm rack. the owners are very hospitable and friendly. ski bus passes and tickets to Mar Dolomit are a nice addition to the apartment (free of charge).

Dolomie - wo die Herzlichkeit zu Hause ist

Dolomie - allein schon der Name lässt erkennen, dass man hier im Herzen der Dolomiten ist. Der Sellastock und die Langkofelgruppe "wachen" über das Grödnertal, und bis zum Schlern und der Marmolata ist`s auch nicht weit. Wie wohltuend, wenn man dann auch noch eine Unterkunft hat, die das Ganze perfekt abrundet: absolut zentrumsnah mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vor allen Dingen einer Gastgeberfamilie, die für eine angenehme, private Atmosphäre sorgt. Die Mitglieder dieser Familie sind alle vom "Fach": ob Bergsteigerführer, Skilehrerin, oder Tourismusexperte, 2 Generationen stehen für alle Interessen kompetent zur Verfügung. Das wahre Geheimnis dieser Wohlfühloase in meinem Meer aus liebevoll gepflegten Blumen aber ist die Herzlichkeit, mit der die Gastgeber - allen voran Agnes, die gute Seele des Hauses - ihre Gäste umsorgen. So wird aus einem Urlaubsort eine zweite Heimat - nur eben viel schöner: das Wetter, das Essen ... Auch nach so vielen Jahren gewinnt der Urlaub im Haus Dolomie immer noch an Reiz und Erholungsfaktor hinzu - wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

familienfreundliche Wohnung

Schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung.3 abgetrennte Schlafzimmer und 2 Duschen mit WC machen sie sehr familienfreundlich.Besonders schön ist der Sitzplaatz im Garten mit Hollywoodschaukel der von der Wohnung zugänglich ist. Sehr gut ist auch die zentrale Lage.
