"The B&B Porta Marina Ortigia has an excellent location, next to a lovely church in the Historical part of Siracusa (Ortigia), and close to both restaurants, cafes, shopping and the sea. We ordered the Double room - Executive, as I was traveling with my mother, and we needed a twin room. Usually that means two single beds, but here there was one big double bed in a large bedroom, and one double sofa-bed, made up in another large room, that also had a TV and a desk. "The host reserved parking at a garage 2 minutes from the apartment. He met us there and walked us to the apartment which was located steps from everything, including get wine bars, markets, and local's restaurants. The apartment was exactly as described, with creative art decorating the walls. The bed was comfortable and the aparment overall was very spacious, unusually large for Italy. I would stay there again next time we visit Ortigia."
