Very convenient. I couldn’t believe how quiet the area is. I don’t like prepackaged food sold at convenient stores and prefer eating breakfast at a cafe or restaurant so that was the only downside. The host is super sweet and nice, I recommend this place for anyone.

The place is great! Pretty close to a station with mutiple lines, the surrounding area isnt namba station but it has the necessities within reach (convenience store, supermarket, couple of dinner spots). (Presumably all rooms but i havent seen the others) my room has adjustable ac and lighting, pretty roomy too. The only real issue I really had was that the wifi stopped working a few days in, but that'll probably be fixed eventually. Oh, and the thinnes s of the mattress takes a little getting used to.

The interior was very homelike and organized. Everything was very clean and the owner was quite nice. The train station and several convenience stores are also just 5 minutes walks away.

親切なオーナーさんの宿

新大阪駅から乗り換えなしで30分足らずで、駅からも近いので便利です。何度か利用させてもらっていますが、清潔で、いつも快適です。セキュリティー面もしっかりされています。オーナーさんがとても親切でいい方なので、リピートさせてもらいます。ありがとうございました。

大学受験する高校生と付き添いの保護者との2名で利用させて貰いました。3階建て建物の3階部分が大きめのマンション1室の様に造りになっていて、内には2人用1部屋（今回利用）、他数部屋、大きなキッチンとリビングが一体で1部屋、トイレと洗面台2つと浴槽付き風呂1室とシャワーブース1室と洗濯機1台の水廻りが一体で1室になっていました。宿泊した2泊3日間、我々だけの利用でしたので、とてもゆったりと共用部分を使えました。部屋は広々として2人でも十分余裕があり、空気清浄機や勉強机がありました。清掃が行き届きとても気持ち良く、キッチンには一般家庭な様に冷蔵庫や食洗機やレンジや調理器具など食器類などが設置されているので、自宅の様に便利に快適に過ごせます。周辺は住宅街なので夜は静かでした。近くの駅前にスーパーやダイソーや焼き鳥屋など店舗もあり、すぐ近くにコンビニもあるので、持ち帰って食べる買い物に困りません。今回、近畿大学での受験で宿泊したのですが、交通の弁が良くてとても楽でした。JR俊徳道駅が最寄りで、徒歩3分程で着き、駅前から近畿大まで直通バスがあり、約15分程で近畿大の東門前へ着きます。近鉄長瀬駅から正門まで徒歩で暫く歩くよりは断然楽な行き方でしたので、この宿泊先は交通の弁でも良かったです。オーナーの女性の方がとても親切で色々と気に掛けて下さり、有り難かったです。私達が利用させて貰った時にはマイナス点は全くありませんでしたが、形態がシェアハウスの特性上、他のお客様がいらっしゃる時にはお互いのマナーはとても重要になると感じました。2泊3日間、快適に利用させて貰え大満足でしたので、この宿泊先をお勧めします。

概ね好印象です。大きな個人宅をリノベされたのでしょうか。共用のダイニングルームも余裕のある造りでくつろぐ事が出来ました。ベッドルームも広く驚きました。但し、引き換えに隣室との防音が改善されると更に良くなると感じました。オーナー様も丁寧に対応して頂き、とても満足してチェックアウトする事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

初めてのゲストハウス

俊徳道駅から徒歩５分の住宅街にありスーパー、コンビニが近くにあるので便利でした。部屋も共用部分も、オーナーさんが頻繁に掃除されているようで、とても清潔に保たれていました。セキュリティ面も問題なく、初めての相部屋でしたが不安なく過ごせました。
