Definitely can't fit more than 2 people in the 2-twin rooms. They were tiny beds. Expedia allows you to book 1 room for 4 people but that's impossible. Thankfully we booked 2 rooms since they were relatively inexpensive for the hotel's great location.

Being right around the corner from Dotenbori and the train station entrance be right in front of the hotel were amazing for convenience sake. Otherwise the stay did what I need for the few days I was there!
