Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Oslo
Very noisy building works going on during the day. Room allocated (which was supposed to be an upgrade) was right next to lift which was noisy both during the day and throughout the night. This was the second bad experience at a Radisson hotel, would not choose the chain again as a result (2 strikes ...
