Thank goodness there was a room available for us with no rebooking. We enjoyed the staff, room and premises to much that we extended our stay by one night. Cassandra is a gem and absolutely Amazing! They even allowed me to use the conference room downstairs for an interview since our room wasn’t available. Extremely considerate! "
