"The hotel is in a great location, close to the outlets, downtown, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. It's super cute that they have s'mores supplies at the front desk, for the kids to make on the fire pit in the evenings. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be staying again."

"We enjoyed our four day stay to the Fox Ridge resort, though it does appear this resort has started to become more rundown compared to the years prior that we have visited. The customer service was excellent, there was always a smile when we were greeted, and a thorough explanation upon our check-in of all the amenities available.
We would definitely stay here again, though I hope they consider replacing the carpet to an easier to clean flooring in the future! That would certainly help improve the overall feel. "
