In the garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with solarium and panoramic views are barbecue area, outdoor shower, covered parking. Bicycles available to guests. Tenuta Arianna is fenced and equipped with automatic gate.

Tenuta Arianna is a beautiful villa immersed in the nature of Puglia, surrounded by dry stone walls, centuries-old olive trees and lush vegetation: a small oasis of well-being where you can spend relaxing vacations away from the city chaos.
The sinuously shaped swimming pool is set in an area slightly elevated above the villa, from which you can enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the Ostuni countryside. All around are comfortable loungers for enjoying the sun during summer days and a small alcove shaded by reeds for relaxing in the cooler weather.
Next to the villa are the barbecue fireplace and a covered veranda with wooden canopy where you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The interior of Tenuta Arianna is characterized by typical Apulian construction and Mediterranean style. The living area is a large open space with an arch that separates the living room with sofa and dining room from the livable and well-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms and 3 shower bathrooms.

Tenuta Arianna lies in Apulia, in the territory of Ostuni, along the districts surrounded by greenery that lead toward nearby Cisternino. Both towns can be reached by car in a few minutes, and offer all the main services, as well as beautiful historic centers worth visiting.
Just a 30-minute drive away is Alberobello, a unique village characterized by its Unesco-protected trulli.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One bedroom doesn't have air conditioning.
