Beautiful new hotel in quaint setting on the river. Great breakfast, very convenient and close for a visit to Auschwitz. No need to stay in Krakow. Food at the surrounding local restaurants was excellent as well.

Great hotel, helpful staff allowed us early check in as our room was ready. Room had a safe, fridge and large bathroom with comfy bed and tv for viewing. Breakfast had a vast buffet of warm foods, coffees and drinks. Clean, beautiful stay, highly recommend

Staff were friendly and very helpful, buffet breakfast each morning was great and delicious. In a very quiet area but we did struggle to find a taxi back to the airport and when we did it was very expensive each way. Other than that it was great.

not a bad hotel for price. Parking on sight was listed on Expedia, but this was not easy to access or find. think twice about staying here if you drove

I ended up staying 2 nights...After walking Auschwitz all day it was a nice refuge to come back to relax.. The room was modern and clean jist like the American Hamptons i have stayed in before.. Parking garage under building was clean and easy to use.. And this was the only place in my 15 day European tour that had wash cloths.. Staff was awesome and helped me easily both nights.. And the food was really good.. Breakfast buffet was really more than expected also..

Comfy, clean and a good prace.
Starting with the good - the hotel was immaculate. The room was a good size, with all the amenities you could need. Wifi was good, bathroom was good. Bed comfy. Moving onto the not-so-good. When I arrived to check-in, there was nobody there and I spent five minutes wandering around the lobby. This seemed to be a recurring theme as I also was stood waiting when I went for breakfast and when I went to check out. No big issue, but doesn't give off the best service. Also the restaurant wasn't operating for dinner which seemed odd - no mention of that on booking.

Good hotel in a rude context
Hotel was good. Staying in the village for visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau is useful to start early in the morning but the village is lifeless with very few restaurants, no shopping and poor attractive.

Modern and comfortable hotel.
Great hotel. Huge beds and really nice modern rooms. Breakfast is really good too. Good healthy options and also waffles for a treat. Staff were all friendly. Lots of shops around the area and a short drive to Energylandia!
