"Rooms were very clean upon check-in. Easy access to bus routes to Hakone. Staff was very nice and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice plus!"

"Staff were extremely cordial. Getting to the accommodation via public transport can be a bit of a penance as you can either take a bus or a taxi however i found taking the bus to be the only option as there were limited taxis in the area and waited roughly 10mins to find one. Upon leaving the bus stop you'll find yourself walking up multiple hills to finally reach your destination. I strongly recommend bringing a car. A decent stay overall."
